Again its not your design, anyone can see i have gone for the simplistic look. Yours does not. Just because some colours are the same along with some headings does not make it your design. I am not benefiting from this exchange, so i do not believe i owe you anything as you said in the PM.

you have exactly the same colors and layout and frozen columns, even the squre for the graphic is the same, you took the fran2k slight modded version, and he has acknowledged me.

I never called it was perfect and I had to fit a lot of info in for the design that was needed at the time, so you have a valid criticism.
