This is why I say to get some cash (BTC), and pay for someone to do the technical stuff.

Even that guy that made homocoin managed to get a blockchain

shall we switch to PoS now?

otherwise no chance to survive from dumping.

I think we really did not need PoS, DIME- is a longterm coin Tongue

dime is 100% for longterm it is not any PnD coins as BC or AC, we are winners guys Wink

we can't say we are winner now. not on coinmarketcap, no block explorer.

No on marcetcap, because of no block explorer lol

PoS is a disaster waiting to happen ... and everyone is trying it at the moment

I don't see an advantage.

An android, mac, linux wallet, blockchain and some publicity would be good ... shortly after I have managed to buy up more dime at bargain prices :-)

Most important is to raise some money. I'd say 1 BTC would be enough to take care of a lot of niggles.

But nobody wants to be handing over much, so it means we need a lot of people willing to donate any crypto which can go in a pot until it reaches the magic number

Let's organise that - DIMELORD as treasurer

gotta

but recently ppl are playing more stunts like PoS, Multipool, or rehardcap.

do we have some plan on it?

look at karma, pnd. they seem doing well now.

I think that now is cryptsy, ex-crypto and then DIME will hit mintpal and touch the moon, then we need to make services for DIME

Yeah, some different services with DIME - is a good idea....i am waiting cryptsy and ex-crypto too :3

We are having success with the DIMEcoin Android Wallet.  The blockchain is syncing.  The new icon is being used.

We are lacking a block explorer.  We are lacking some reliable nodes to connect to.  This app will need one or more reliable trustworthy nodes that are always on.  I have heard that Amazon EC2 cloud servers are free for one year.  Other coin developers have used those types of accounts to set up nodes.  At a later point in time, a better method of connecting to nodes may be available.

They are totally free, you just need to use the Ubuntu free tier - but you need an account and credit card to get access (no charges if you remember to choose the free tier option).

I tried setting one up and failed, but i am useless with programming. There are plenty of guides out there.

dime is the most undervalued coin on the market, and people have been buying it up on that premise.

it's not scrypt, it's sha-3, resistant to the mining clubs, has a great dev.

i if you have a good holding, time to volunteer, either vocally via social media and bitcointalk or with a donation to develop it further.

It will pay off

and BitJohn from cryptsy said "dime was on our rader"

Dynamite !

Big Vern mentioned adding DIME the other day... Won't be long now!  Smiley

please put a btt link on your website.

always confused with the old thread!

any plan to decrease the total supply of DIME?
No. The seemingly large number of coins will benefit it in the long run. I will be making a series of videos on how it help DIME.
We do have a bitcointalk link on the contact page of our website BTW.

since we have no block explorer,  how many dime in circulation now? i want to figure out our market cap Smiley

Yeah.....we need block explorer
i think there are nearly 130-150 billion coin now

Why not synchronized the dimecoin
Make sure your dimecoin.conf file looks like this

rpcuser=dimecoin
rpcrpcpassword=2596a6a36d42416b5486386c
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=11930
port=11931
daemon=1
server=1
gen=0
addnode=dime.ext-pool.net:11931
addnode=dime.minepool.net:11931
addnode=209.126.65.116:11931
addnode=122.10.88.44:11931
addnode=41.133.36.98:11931
addnode=109.193.55.162:11931
addnode=41.78.77.178:11931
addnode=108.53.178.39:11931
addnode=115.28.16.229:11931
addnode=109.65.166.87:11931
addnode=99.99.203.102:11931
addnode=86.184.213.156:11931
addnode=115.28.16.229:11931
addnode=115.28.11.226:11931

Next, go to the debug console and enter "addnode dime.ext-pool.net onetry"
Then "addnode dime.mine-pool.net add"

Hope this helps!   Cool
