We thought limiting activity for these games but decided not to do it for now so that members that are new to Bitcoins or new to Bitcointalk would also be able to participate in these prediction games.

That being said, we will look into it and will announce if we decide to change it.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind that multiple accounts is of course not allowed.

Please use only one account per person so the contest will be fair to all participants.

Why only full member?members and jr.member are okay and old enough to participate.but newbie accounts only take 2 minutes to create.its not hard to create so many newbies,but hard to grow them as old accounts.so jr.member and above are allowed only..this could maintain a standard for all directbet prediction threads.

I think there's a new rule that every IP address you can create only four accounts.
