What is the chance of rolling 0? I read in the rules that rolling 101 is 1 in million chance.
It's approx. 1 out of 101 rolls, or 0.99%.

If you win a free bet, your winnings includes initial bet stake, so in this case it would have been 0.2222 BTC.
