The idea of happy hour is amazing but the loyalty bonus thing breaks it. I mean 10000 doge is no small amount to anyone I agree but if you are doing a promotion, do not tell people to lose their Money first by wagering (at least risking it lets say) before they can withdraw it. Make a promotion, give the promotion. Simple as that.
Why the loyalty points breaks the happy hours? It is a common thing on such promo, if they give the 10k doge without loyalty points then people will withdraw it directly without playing it. Even worse, some people may try to abuse it by having many accounts to claim the happy hours promo.

The loyalty bonus is depends on how much you can wagered. So if you are lucky enough to earn good amount from that 10000 doge, I think it is possible to earn 200 points and start to withdraw it.
