hello i just bet but i sent the coins from shapeshift and it took more time and i saw the bet was like this

Hello I have problems accessing my DirectBet wallet. I have it bookmarked on my browser and when I try to go there it just loads DirectBet website and nothing happens. It looks like the Casino tab is inactive as well is this the reason why the wallet doesn't work too because they are both connected? What can I do to access my playing wallet now? It's a real bummer 
I think you do a bookmark in your browser, so you can not access the account again you've used to gamble in the DB. You can see the history while you do bet in your browser. If that doesn't help, most likely the account ID you are having error and it can only be repaired by authorized (Admin). You can provide proof of the transactions so that they can help you quickly.

Thanks DirectBet for giving me the opportunity with the 25k DOGE no deposit bonus! It was fun making a method to "rollover" the amount, till I could withdraw. I ended up using minesweeper. I hit 90k doge at around 500 loyalty points, but then got unlucky and dropped down to 50k. Finally I ended with 58150 DOGE when I hit 700 loyalty points, and to my surprise it was quickly withdrawn without having to go under review. It was fun playing here, and I will probably come back soon.
