@OP i think you should add that people under 30 or 40 activty can particapate
because its unfair to people that dont wont to cheat

We believe that members here have been quite respective of the "one prediction per member" rule.
So far there were only 4 newbie votes for this game out of 30 votes which is reasonable.
At any case, for this prediction game, you can pick any score that you like, even if it was already picked by someone else, so you shouldn't be affected much by other members.
The only drawback is that if there are multiple winners they will share the prize, but this is quite rare.
