Yeah I heard about the double spending issue, sadly there are always people who are going to abuse the systems. Anyways maybe, hopefully we will see sites with same concepts using another crypto with less fees and more tailored to this kind of stuff.

There can't be one with on chain betting. Reason being the extremely high transaction fees. If DB was still operational, they would have been spending 2-3$ for every transaction. Would be an unwise move to gamble there with anything less than 100$.

Random users post randomly, don't expect anything better. DB is dead and they aren't even allowing users to bet, with a clear post when you open the website, not one of those money holes allowing deposits but not doing anything for withdrawals.

Biggest surprise of the year in bitcoin sportbooks, everyone though they were doing so good and had awful odds (bigger bookie profit), guess it could just be double-spending ruining their bankroll and how there system is vulnerable to it particularly live betting.

The thing is you can't try them. They stopped accepting bets and already closed their sportsbook few months ago. When you visit the site and try to click a specific sports you'll always see this quoted message.

Might be they have met saint and after listening to ethics from him they realised this as wrong business and shutted it down

I agree. Maybe this is what actually did happen. It could have been bought behind the scenes by a competitor and then just closed down. That would actually make sense and if they did sell it, the wouldn't broadcast it like "we just sold for 1000 BTC" or something like that.

I never thought of that but it probably was bought out. I highly doubt that the site was running unprofitably.
