I place bets on charlestown race2 and won and won for my placing. I placed the bets over 5mins before race, wallet says confirmed but bet status says no bets received. hope you are paying me for the win and placing...
But they do say if we notify them before the start of event they will cancel it whether its confirmed or not
I notified immediately so my bet should be refunded
Where do they say that ? I can't find it anywhere on the site.
There they clearly state that if they recieve the bet cancellation request before the start of the event they will revund the same

As far as I know, they will not cancel the bet. I had a similar thing where I sent 0.25 BTC to a bet id as the address I was sending to didn't paste properly, but they said in the rules it clearly says bets can't be refunded, and did not return . If they refund you, they will have to do it to everyone.

I have a request which shouldn't be much of a problem to add. When I make bets, then on the betslips can you add/show the address to which the payout has been requested to ?
In any case you do show the txid after a win, I just wanted to be able to see the address I requested payout to(on the status/betslip page) , while the game is going.

Since the Bet Status page is rather packed with information, would it work for you if the payout address will be sent via e-mail along with the bet confirmation, or you still prefer to have it displayed on the Bet Status page ?
