Your bets were confirmed instantly as soon as they were received, but there was a problem with our website, it did not display the confirmation for a short period.
Our automated betting system is separated from the website. It was working properly and processed all bets normally but due to a technical problem it could not update the website with the status of new confirmed bets for a short period while you placed your bets.
It's important to note that your bets were confirmed instantly and had they won they would have been paid out automatically at the completion of the game. Regardless, we went ahead and refunded your bets.
Meanwhile this problem has now been fixed. We apology for the inconvenience caused.
