Are you saying that there should not be English posts in the Romanian section?

I'm just spreading awareness about a double standard

This is a non-issue. The owner of this website can tell the mods to structure it anyway he wants. If you don't like it, start your own bitcoin forum and have it absent of double standards. Your complaint is the equivalent of ringing someone's doorbell and complaining about the way he cuts his grass. I'd shut the door in your face.

This is exactly what slave owners used to say. "I own slaves, don't like it? Move to Guantanamo. No seriously, we got you a free ticket"

Clearly, owning this forum and owning slaves are on the same level. Your hyperbole is a sad, internet cliche.

I never made that analogy

You exactly made that analogy. Don't write stupid shit if you're not going to own up to it later.

For the foreign language boards, we give the local moderators some latitude for their section. If they want to allow English posts then that's fine with me. If you don't like it you should take it up with the local moderator there, or start a thread there and open a dialogue about it.

That doesn't change anything about the english sections though, posts here do need to be english.
Yes, in the Korean subsection, though it isn't that popular, the guidelines are spelled out in both Korean and English. If the topic or comment is related to Korea, Koreans/Korean speakers, English posts are allowed.  No discrimination here.

Yeah , at the end it is not a problem , it's only a personal choice of the local moderator.

I can see what you're trying to argue here but there's lots of different parts to this equation. The first part being, that english is a pretty universal language, i mean if its not your first language, chances are it's your second (if you're bilingual) Romanian? Not so much. I've also had bilingual friends who accidently post in the wrong language.

Blatant bigotry, for me, is too strong word to describe your concern. Have you ever tried to talk to the moderator of the thread you were referring to?

I went to a Halloween party last night at Frankenstein's castle here in Germany. There was a show being given and the guy on stage was checking to see how many Germans there were and how many Americans by a show of hands. Because there were enough Americans there, he said he would do the show in English since the Germans should understand it.

Though we should all start learning Chinese eventually.

Well it is a generally accepted fact that people around the world are able to speak their local language as well as English (if English is not their local language). The reason for this is due to the massive amount of influence that the UK had over the world during the time of the British Empire, and the influence the US has over the world today.

Most people in the Romanian section (for example) is likely going to be able to read, and understand an English post while people in the main forum will probably not be able to read other languages that are potentially written. It is a matter of being able to understand what is written, not a matter of racism

Discriminating on one's private property in favor of one thing over another is subjective and up to the owner. In public, however, the laws should be the same for everyone or discrimination is a bad thing. Personal preferences are one thing but when you operate a business that way, the marketplace will be your judge, jury and executioner. While I might not be the biggest fan of unintelligent,  unkept or otherwise ghetto/trashy-acting people, I certainly wouldn't make reference to it on the welcome sign at the front of my store front for obvious reasons.

Notice how in multicultural boards based on foreign languages, there is no strict policy. For example, there can be English posts in the Romanian section. However, there can't be Romanian posts in these sections. This is blatant bigotry.
This is more of an issue of moderation than bigotry... Moderators for each board obviously have to be able to read the language of the content they are in charge of moderating.
