I've been running support for a crypto company for over a year and can tell you that they handled the complaint pretty fast considering the foul language they got from OP. It's pretty normal for clients to get angry over an issue because it always builds up to the boiling point before they contact support. When they have a withdrawal issue they schedule it, cancel, schedule again, cancel again because it takes too long, log in and out multiple times, then finally write to support and wait biting their nails for someone to respond and the frustration rises...
If you really want to prove they're cheating, deposit a small amount of money and record your screen while playing. Choose the lowest possible bet and show us it's a loss 20 or more times in a row, change the seed and get 20 losses again and start a thread with the video. You say you had 225 in a row so getting 40 shouldn't be a problem. You'll have a proof that there's something wrong with your account and maybe you'll get some compensation from the casino.
If they won't try to explain it they'll lose some clients for sure.

As I see you're talking about Bitsler if I have understood correctly. I think that simply you've lost and now you're trying to have your money back and also to ruin reputation of good and trustable casino like Bitsler.
Have you tried to contact them and explain your issue in way to find, if possible, a solution together? You won't have any results if you complain here.

OP does not provide any necessary proof on the accusations made.
OP provided a conversation from customer support that does not support his accusations on any kind.
OP rather would bad mouth and use profanity than ask formally.

Just be calm and wait a little bit more for the customer support to look into your problem. Being angry when you are asking them for help won't solve help and if you really think that it is rigged then feel free to open up a scam accusation against bitsler and provide the proof of your claim that bitsler is indeed a scam site. I think that's more enough to make their reputation change a bit if your claim is true. If you don't want any more trouble or this kind of problem then you should stop gambling.

Funny thing about this obviously loser rant complaint was he is using both x6 multiplier in all his bets and angry that he can’t hit that for 100+ and 200+ roll while there’s a chance to roll more than that but still lose. Lol, I don't think we can do anything about the situation here. He already made the decision when he attack bitsler because he think that he was cheated. And then gave us proof, so it's really up to us whether to believed him or not.
