I believe this is the culprit address: bc1qx70vkyf3c4ve63rc4sl5plqqygpw9lqrg6vhcx since it's the only address which received exactly 0.00149BTC from that transaction.
That address has already received 30 other transactions, and since OP says this is his first time using bitcoin, it is clear that this address does not belong to him.
OP, your computer is obviously infected with malware of some description, meaning nothing on it can be guaranteed to be safe. You should not attempt to buy bitcoin again using that computer until you have formatted it and reinstalled your OS. Similarly, your wallet and private keys may also have been compromised, and so you should no longer use that wallet either.
You need to format your computer, reinstall your OS from scratch, download Electrum and ensure you verify your download prior to installing, and then create a brand new wallet and a new seed phrase.
They actually don't do that anymore for at least half a year.
They are still a scam site which tell blatant lies to trick newbies in to buying a fake altcoin disguised as bitcoin, and should be avoided by everyone. For example:
The alternative version of Bitcoin with the greatest number of adherents has come to be known as Bitcoin Cash (BCH).
