does the PoS phase are enabled?
my wallet says: staking is not active
i added staking=1 in .conf but nothing changed
what's the PoS maturity minimum even i'm pretty sure i own coins enough old?

i think this project will be lots of promotion to be needed for this platform to work but so far it seems quite nice, and i'll be waiting for more updates for this project

any idea why my wallet not syncronizing with network? already updated to the latest.

I had the same issue; had plenty of connections, just was stuck synchronizing.
I solved it by renaming the 'blocks' and 'chainstate' directories inside of your Dixicoin folder (if it's not set to a custom location, then inside of your appdata/roaming folder on Windows).
I just added a _ to the end of each name (ex. 'blocks_'), so in case something did break, I still had the old data to revert back to. Also, a good note is to download the newest version of the wallet if you haven't already.
It will have to resynchronize from the start, though shouldn't take very long, and should actually completely syncing this time. Hope this helps!

Check if your firewall etc not blocking it.
Tried on new system synced no problems.
