Are these KYC procedures really necessary for all players? In fact, most casinos only require players to go through KYC when withdrawing substantial amounts. It's kind of the industry standard, I believe.
Exactly. There are plenty of crypto gambling sites out there that don't enforce mandatory KYC and allow you to deposit and withdraw without any sort of interference which is their biggest pro in my opinion.

They usually only ask for KYC when they observe something suspicious related to certain gamblers which makes complete sense. Screw mandatory KYC.

I can't remember which site it is but I feel the same as of that site when I visited dizbet. Did you copy the site from some other casino? Just wondering if anyone else got the same feeling as of me? I really hope that you are not just another scam casino.

Is the UK restricted or not?
That must be a mistake. UK must be on the restricted country list. It makes sense why UK isn’t available on the list.

Firstly, the site takes quite a while to load for me. I'm not sure if this is the experience of others as well.

I personally think that there is a lot of potential in the esportsbook industry because of the lack of competitors that would offer high limits gambling, so if you are able to do that you can really establish a presence in a short period of time.

However, how do the bonuses that you are offering work? They seem good but we need a bit more detail.

They do have comprehensive list in terms of esports betting.
Which I think, they can market as their advantage over other bookmakers.
However, they need to run some sort of esports promotions so their long list will not be put to waste.
eSports is starting to gain some bettors in the forum, some bookies here have short list of choices so I think that's their advantage here.
And they need to showcase this advantage by running some promotional activities so esports lovers will notice their sportsbooks.

I also noticed some contradiction in the list of restricted countries. Seems like you should take a second look at it and verify users from which countries can play on your website and which not.

I noticed the UK is not on your restricted countries. However, when you try to sign up, the UK is not on the list of countries available for selection, so you can't actually complete the registration.

Is the UK restricted or not?

What a great response from the Bitcointalk community! Thank you all for giving us such a positive feedback when it comes to our website and betting coverage. It means a lot for us as we are just starting!

In terms of the KYC concerns, as a licensed online betting website, we have to obtain certain standards in our operational activities, so that we prevent all sorts of illegal practices on our website. It is indeed a common practice in all websites embracing the betting integrity and responsible gambling to follow certain KYC procedures.

Dizbet has just started and there will be more developments to happen in the following months.

We are expecting you to join the first Dizbet members and start enjoying your time with us.

Kind regards,
Dizbet Team

I like the casino a lot and I can say for sure that the look and functionality is like the top crypto casinos on the market.

I would like to ask where the restrictions for players from Spain came from? Gambling in Spain is legal and so far I have never met players from Spain to be blocked.

We understand about the KYC Dizbet, yes you should follow those legal procedures. I see on the promotion about the 100 Euro 10x wager requirements. That was a really small wagering requirement I think I will test my luck out.

In regards with other promotion are you considering launching signature campaign here or probably some local (exclusively for Bitcointalk) promotion?

Have visited your website, the layout is very simple but seems fine. The signup process was also simple and easy and loading time was good as it didn't take much time in loading. But what I suggest here is that online support must be accessible for all the users and visitors.
Secondly, write in brief regarding your website that may attract new users. Anyhow good luck with this website.

So it looks like you can play here from the UK. Is that correct?
According to their TOS, you should be allowed to play if your live in the UK. You would be restricted only if you lived in the USA, Spain, Hong Kong, or Philippines.

@DIZBET
I have been looking over your promotions page and noticed that everything is denominated in euro. Since this is a bitcoin and crypto forum, you might want to consider adding bonus amounts in BTC as well. That would make sense because if I am playing and depositing in BTC, I would want to know the minimums/maximums in that currency.

Actually we can play safely without KYC by not making withdrawals of USD 2300 or more. But at any time they can ask KYC to make sure that we are not underage. From the point they avoid underage players so even if you are over 18+ years old it still has to be proven by KYC. So indeed to avoid that people have to be more careful before making a deposit.

do you require KYC once a gambler requested a withdrawal?

Yes, they do KYC on withdrawals.

https://dizbet.com/en/identity-verification

KYC is mandatory for this site regardless of where you use it. Keep that in mind.

Oh, it makes everything look bad to me now! I'm no longer interested to try.

Anyway, OP, if you care to entertain a suggestion. If you are are implementing a mandatory KYC, please have it enforced right when a potential user is still creating an account. Don't let anybody create an account, deposit money, play games, win a jackpot, and so on only to end up required to pass KYC before a withdrawal could be made. That would be sneaky and unfair. If that is what you are implementing right now, you are borderline fraud to me.

I don't like that KYC as well... lately, all new casinos that appear here have that mandatory KYC, looks like that is becoming a trend! And some of them look really good, I have a wish to try them, but after seeing that KYC rule I lose interest!!!
And I agree it's sneaky if they are asking KYC only when someone wants to withdraw, as you explained, they should inform people right on the beginning about that KYC, before making a deposit, not after!

Hi welcome to Bitcointalk, I see that some users are having doubts about your website because of the KYC part. Probably make an exemption for some users or have some limitation for some users who are not yet verified probably limit the withdrawals to $100 or something instead of asking them to do KYC in withdrawal?

But honestly I like your website, it's fast, the design is good and accept cryptocurrency.

I have nothing bad to say because the Interface is good , simple and friendly looking .

But my concern is about the KYC requirement upon withdrawals , do you have any plans to make this at least place in different direction?

because most or majority of us(If Not All) dont wanna deal in KYC in any gambling sites.

Welcome to the forum! I was just curious about your KYC and AML was it necessary for us to submit government issued identification even if we are just using cryptocurrency to deposit and withdraw? honestly I wanted to test out your website but the KYC was the only one that stopping me so I want to know if this is needed to be submitted first before withdrawal?

In my opinion, verification may only be required if there is a suspicion of money laundering. In the rules, I did not find a condition that would require KYC verification to make a withdrawal.

However, to calm everyone down, it would be better to wait for the official information from the owner.
