Any online website would be hacked, but doesn't mean you have to skip without explanations if you are honest with your business. You should provide appropriate evidence according to your claim to your users. Your explanation after caught and after 3 years isn't appropriate. Yes, I have to admit that even reputed exchange has been hacked, but they simply not skip. They try to recover their user's funds. I can't believe a team should collapse just for a single hack.
