Team members images are random and stolen (since you have admitted of using them for "safety" but yet haven't provided anything that shows that real persons were comfortable with you using those images)

Website template is stolen and edited (you claim to have hired a designer who have copied it but I think that's another story)

Rest your idea is nothing new and it doesn't saves you from the scam accusation.
