Thats question which is too general to answer. I mean how can anyone tell about the bottom line for each and every coin in the market out there. There are more than 1500 coins in the market and all of them get developed, publish, promoted, used, invested in completely different manner.
Sometime it may happen that while market is crashing then at the same time it is evolving/hiking for some coins. There are may coins right now which are over 300% higher in value when the rest market is negative.
May be its hard to predict for bottom of each coin in the market. I can easily say whether BTC has hit the bottom or not, but about the whole market its difficult.

The bottom line for many alt-coin in coin market price analysis many coins has hit the point severally which can not be counted, therefore base on current price, is the best time to invest on Crypto, because soon all market we because on strong greens point.
I think so, the price of all crypto was going down to 1/3 untill 1/15 from the peak, so the price already oversold and will be more buyer come in to the market. My prediction the price of the crypto will back to the top before end of this year. But this prediction can be wrong, so dont forget to use stop loss when buy any coin, and also dont use all fiat to buy it.

i also agree on that, all altcoin hit the bottom at its start to exchange. And it depends also on the price of btc when the price got pump all altcoins also got higher value im sure on that. You can invest fiat and take the risk for earning more.
No, I do not think that all altcoins are really in the cheapest condition now, there are projects that are very good, even on such a furious bear market. I think that you yourself can see these projects on the CMC

The price of coins is at very low at this time but I think it will continue fall at least until the Winter.

I do not think we will have more down trens or bearish on this year, for the past 3 years, crypto has the same pattern Bearish in th Q1 - Q2, start a slow bull run in the Q3 and give huge suprise in the Q4

Were just they same actually ill invested on kinds of coins in the market but for now it was going dip. And i don't know yet if will be back again because i need to earn a profit to my investment on that coin.
