Or the other thing you can do is call up the jeweler you like, who has the product you want, and ask if they accept BTC? You never know.

Same like Despairo im not living in the US but after I google it there is actually jewelers & watch can be buy using bitcoin by using bitpay provider https://bitpay.com/directory/jewelry-watches/ there is list on it maybe one of them is can be shipped in the US or have offline store in the United States
I'm not live in Unites States and I don't have any relation with this site, but I found this store is accept Bitcoin [1] maybe you can go to one of their store and ask if you can sell your jewels.
However you can also sell it in this forum, but posting it on Goods section, although it may be hard since you need to find a person who willing to buy it and you must use escrow.
