I think, if you choose the right project and do not violate the rules of the bounty then the token should arrive at your wallet. After the bounty is completed according to the bounty schedule, the next action is to search for news from their official account or community that has been formed to always get the development and clarity of the token distribution schedule.

I try, if possible, to avoid participation in the bounty campaign projects that plan to distribute payments to the personal account, as with such projects often have problems.

I also constantly meet with this problem and it is very sad. Since you need to do a lot of action, and the reward for this is small or not at all. I think nothing can be done about this (.

That also happened to me, What I experienced was Payment for bounty participants divided into 3 parts. Turn it like this, every 3 months the token is sent to the participant's wallet. After that, another 3 months. Actually this is disappointing, because it takes a very long time. The token that is also obtained if there is no price is useless to make a payment method like this.

ICO's activity is going through a very difficult period. ICO teams are largely to blame for this, which in many respects complicated the process of joining ICO bounty campaigns, as it is increasingly necessary to register on various websites, perform other superfluous actions for bounty hunters, and the reward for participation is less sent in our wallets. New ace tokens are more often listed immediately on the stock exchanges, the sites of the ICO teams, this is all accompanied by additional difficulties. For me, this is inconvenient and not very pleasant. I personally prefer the ICO team to immediately send the tokens I have earned to my wallet.
At the request of the ICO team, we specify our wallets to reward new tokens, but in the end they turn out to be unnecessary. The ICO team and in this themselves change the method of payment and we don’t see the tokens in our wallets.

I have noticed this trend a long time ago and it is not very pleasant. The ICO teams now independently change any methods and forms of payment of their tokens and they are indifferent to the fact that they, under the conditions of joining the ICO bounty campaigns, promised to send tokens to our wallets. Probably, and this plays a significant role in the fact that now the activity of the ICO is in such a difficult situation.
We increasingly need government regulation to avoid this outrage, our rights and the rights of the ICO team should be clearly defined and should not be arbitrarily changed.

As long as we are working for that few bucks then they don't care much about the bounty hunters, there are many campaign managers don't care about payment dates and they don't even announce when the token will be distributed so if possible the team need to send the tokens soon after ICO completion because everyone os working for money.
