As it's been mentioned now, the computer doesn't really matter (as long as it's from this century I'm sure you'll be fine). Better hardware means nothing because you're using the ASIC for computing power.
You need a grid of ASICs of recent generation on a good pool to actually cover overhead and that doesn't include the time to cover the cost of said ASICs. Not even a multi-million dollar Opteron(faster than the fastest Intel i7) mainframe can outperform a small batch of S7 ASICs.

poptok1 is just spamming and not actually reading what you asked.You don't need a very powerful computer to control ASICs. So long as it can run bfgminer or cgminer you should be fine.
