Do NFTs Have Same Value as Bitcoin?
There is no comparison between Bitcoin and NF. Currently NFTs are pretty much worthless. At one time it had some effect on the market, but now it has no effect. That's why I don't compare NFT to Bitcoin. No coin to date has been able to stand up to Bitcoin. So Bitcoin is what we have always seen and will see throughout our lives.

Similar in the sense they are both related as cryptocurrency - but saying say would be stretching it too much, in my opinion.

Bitcoin is a currency can be used universally as a mode of payment and NFT is like an object that can be traded but not used universally like a currency. Just being associated with cryptocurrencies does not make it a currency.

Value being same is a vague term as well, you need to sell an NFT to get its quoted price but for bitcoin you just open a trade and let someone choose that to close the trade.

Investing in NFTs is way more risky than bitcoin from what I experienced. There were shit-NFTs being propagated and sold at huge prices at one time.

even though many said that NFT is just some random arts being sold with value that's too high it seems like manipulation, but it just the misuse of NFT which are prominently showing these recent years, actually NFT is a good piece of technology, it's just it still haven't found any of its real utilities that could make it sustaining for long.
but if compared with bitcoin, it's certainly that it's entirel two different thing, NFT is product of smart contract runs in EVM based blockchain.

As a newbie in the forum, I have read other articles about Bitcoin, but I still need a good guideline on the crypto world, Bitcoin, and NFTs.
NFT are most into those pixelated shit art images which it had been insanely been priced high or too expensive but when the hype goes down then those nft's did really lose value and to those people who had

purchased or hold those collections ending up on huge negative or lose of investment and there's no way on getting those value back. Also in speaking about talking about differences with Bitcoin then it is really

that different. Digital currency vs a non-fungible-token then from that alone or speaking with definition then its completely different. NFT hype now is slowly really decreasing or
already to the floor and thats why i dont mind much on touching up these things.

I am new to the crypto world and still learning the basics to understand how it operates. A friend who is an artist introduced me to NFTs, which he said is similar to Bitcoin. I want to know how NFT drawings can be invested in Bitcoin, but first, I need to understand how to create NFTs that have crypto value. After discussing it with my friend, I searched for help online, but instead of understanding it, I am getting more confused about it.

Do NFTs have the same value as Bitcoin? I have read that investing in Bitcoin is a good business opportunity, especially for people in West Africa who may not have many job opportunities. One can be self-employed by trading and investing in the crypto market and assets, including NFTs.

NFTs are completely different than Bitcoin. It is hard to sell NFTs or collectible unique arts, as it's value depends on the interest of the people and how popular the artist is. So, that's basically the same as meme coin where people decides how much it's valued depend on it's hype.
While, Bitcoin on the other hand is currency that you can use to trade or use it as a means of payment for a product or service. Bitcoin is also used to transfer money, regardless of the value, anywhere around the world without the use of any 3rd party payment processor.

Definitely not; some big wNFT works are priced below 1 btc and some are higher. But the idea on their value is somewhat the same with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because market value of NFT is also dependent with supply and demand. Only difference is the utility wherein Bitcoin could be used as a mode of payment while most of the NFTs are for collection purposes.

They are 2 VERY different things.  Bitcoin is a currency, nfts are not.  If ypu ask me I think the valuable nft fad will come to a close soon.  There will forever be a market for them but the moon prices everyone seen will be a thing of the past.  Tell me why you need to own a piece of digital art that really isn't art?  Focus in on bitcoin and start from there.
There's no need to invalidate those who are into NFT. We have our own reason but the same goal which is to earn profit. Some people just really do appreciate the 'art' in NFT and that is okay as long as they are enjoying it. We should not force our preference to other people. In terms of profit, I'd say NFT is more profitable but has also bigger risk. Some would say "why would you be buying an intangible art?" well same thing with cryptocurrencies since we have an option to use fiat based digital currencies.

Probably they have the same hype but not the same value.
NFTs are still new compare to Bitcoin though I’m not sure if all the NFTs combined can actually match the value of Bitcoin, its like 100 NFTS to 1 Bitcoin. Yes, they have different purpose as well and that’s the purpose of altcoins where they provide somethings that Bitcoin can’t do. There’s no need for this comparison though, if you see good NFTs to invest with then go for it, what matter here is that you make profit at the end of the day.

You might be confused with this two because they are totally different.
Non fungible assets are not cryptocurrency, though they can have their own token but in general they are not. Bitcoin are more about being a currency where you can easily buy and sell, and its more liquid. They are different and their value will never be the same. Bitcoin is the standard, that’s our basis and if you are going to compare it to NFTs you can easily tell where the investor is going, and that is Bitcoin.

Despite the fact that they are from the same family, I do not believe they have the same value. Bitcoin is more valuable than NFTs because more people recognize bitcoin than NFTs.
Someone can own a bitcoin even if it is the same unit, whereas they can own NFTs in smaller units other than a whole number.
They created for a different purpose so technically, there should be difference and right now Bitcoin is still the preferred coin over nfts. NFTs are still new, they can still grow but I believe they can’t surpass Bitcoin and we know that Bitcoin dominance continues to grow in cryptomarket, the whole market depends on Bitcoin trend.

Comparing NFTs to Bitcoin is like comparing apples to oranges. Both have their own unique value propositions and uses cases in the blockchain space. While Bitcoin is primarily a store of value and a means of exchange, NFTs are more focused on the ownership and provenance of digital assets. It's important to evaluate each asset class on its own merits rather than trying to compare them directly

BITCOIN and Cryptocurrency are the same package but...
NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are digital assets that represent ownership of unique items, such as artwork, music, or collectibles. They are stored on a blockchain, which is a decentralized public ledger that records transactions and ownership information.
If you believe that a particular NFT drawing has significant value and potential for appreciation, you can purchase it with cryptocurrency or fiat currency and hold onto it in hopes of selling it at a profit in the future. However, investing in NFTs can be risky, as the market is still relatively new and volatile.

One can also get lucky without trading and by just selling NFTs. A good example is that Indonesian guy who converted his daily selfies into an NFT and sold it on opensea. It's crazy that it became a trend that time since nothing really special in it but maybe some people took interest because it's selfies in a span of four years. There are also some weird or basic images that became NFT and were sold at an insane amount.

NFT is actually different compared with bitcoin. NFT does have value but it was coming from the uniqueness of NFT or how rare it is. NFT might also have utility usage but this is only for a few NFT while most of NFT were art-related NFT. The value from NFT was also coming from the various factor unlike bitcoin. Bitcoi's value was coming from the demand and supply. People saw bitcoin as a digital gold that can be used as an investment while NFT was just the digitalization of art work. The value depends on people's perspectives. NFT didn't have same value as bitcoin.

There are so many worthless NFT in the market but there was only1 bitcoin in the market. That's it

No, NFT is just tool of scammer to deceive people. We can't see the real value here as this is just used to hype people and grab those crappy drawings created by random people.

I don't have a problem with those artist joining on NFT but unfortunately majority of it made just for making people as a cash cow believing that there are great value to come with those arts created. But look what happen now the value drop badly and I don't think those expensive piece bought before can be sold on the same value bought by those investors.

NFT is a work of art that was created in 2017 and could be a very rare asset because it does not have the same value as other NFTs. Although NFT was created on the blockchain, the NFT exchange rate is very different from the others because NFT has its own signature while on Bitcoin and has the same exchange value when on sale.
Because it is easy to convert documents to NFT, when you want to invest in NFT, be careful again and always do research on a NFT project before investing.

If we talk purely about nft collectable pictures because i recon that's what you are after, and if overly simplify it, it's basically this:

You create bunch of pictures, then you need to "make nfts from them". easiest way to do this is go to opensea.io and create an account.
Then you click your account icon pic and choose "Create"

It will take you to a page where you can basically drag and drop pictures. And choose different properties for them, then you choose a blockchain and pay the fees for creating your nft.

You asked that do they have same value as Bitcoin? You can think this as etsy shop. You can try to sell anything with any price. But the question you need to ask from yourself is: Why would anyone buy the nfts you did?

An example: I made this banana as nft for a test:

Now i could set up a sell order for it and name the price. But why would anyone buy it? Even it was a special banana?

But my explanation was not about nft collections. Those are basically same thing except you mint (buy) them without seeing what you get and they have a reveal day when you get to know what sort of pic you got.

That's more complex procedure and someone else can tell about it if they have time. However the whole web is full of tutorials.

If it's a comparison of value, position, i think it's completely lame.  bitcoin and nft are 2 completely different categories even though they are made of blockchain but in terms of applying bitcoin as a store of value, nft is a small niche for art.  Who will believe that nft can survive 10 years later and guarantee value or not? Only bitcoin proves it.  Which means the risk of the nft game is huge.

Well the price of one bitcoin is at around 22.000 $ at the moment. I would guess that 99% of all NFT's out there are worth way less than that. A NFT does not automatically has the same value as one Bitcoin as they are completely different things. Bitcoin is a digital currency which is own blockchain and of course the first cryptocurrency to ever be created and therefore still the most popular and well known cryptocurrency out there.
A NFT is a piece of Art that is stored on the blockchain. Some of those NFT's are really valuable and worth even more than BTC at the moment but most of them are not worth that much. They are also pretty easy to create and mint.
Regarding making crypto trading to your job: I would be careful with that, because a lot of people are losing money doing that. Yes a few people got really rich that way, bust most people are not that lucky.

Cryptocurrencies spaces have a lot of things to grasp, if you did not comprehend anything and wildly jump into the spaces, it is likely you are prone to get scammed.

Do NFTs have the same value as Bitcoin?

No. maybe before you try to comprehend what is the value, try to learn what are the differences between the two.

I have read that investing in Bitcoin is a good business opportunity, especially for people in West Africa who may not have many job opportunities. One can be self-employed by trading and investing in the crypto market and assets, including NFTs.

Trading and investing require money, simply like running a regular business or trading on the FIAT market. Bitcoin is a payment tool, it doesn't open job opportunities, but the thing is you can be paid by it.

As a newbie in the forum, I have read other articles about Bitcoin, but I still need a good guideline on the crypto world, Bitcoin, and NFTs.

Take a look at this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5364418.

As I have said, there are a lot of things to grasp, take it slowly, and learn who makes interest you the most. There are various lists of discussions that began in this forum, you can take a peek to see and learn what it is all about between those three things.

Both are entirely different, you can understand simply like this, Bitcoin is like gold and NFT, and altcoins...are shitcoin.
Bitcoin is thousands of times more secure than NFT. You are a newbie, keep continuing to learn the basic things and do not rush to invest, and never invest with someone's advice from social networks. Always do research and make decisions yourself, do not believe in anyone in this market. As a newbie focusing on Bitcoin, it's safe for you.

NFT is just a technology like a products of smart contract blockchain that was initialized from ETH ecosystem it's entirely different thing with bitcoin.
from investment aspects, i'd say it's also different with bitcoin since it usually have really low trading volume and liquidity because of its uniqueness.
it's also named NFT certainly for reasons. i'd say it's entirely different thing compared with bitcoin.

I think your friend just said that bitcoin is similar to NFT because it both needs a blockchain in order to work and both are under the spectrum of cryptocurrency. Though both are far different from each other. NFT's won't reach the level of bitcoin when it comes to community trust and other factors. With the rise of cryptocurrency, There are many jobs that created because of the recent users spike and numbers of project launching. Most of the jobs are digital like jobs in arts, coding and digital marketing. Just separate bitcoin from NFT's when you do research and don't compare.

I wouldn't compare being "employed" to "trading". Employment takes mostly your time away and not your money (and even if there was, it'd only be spent on daily expenses like transportation and food), trading is completely different. It's a zero-sum game.  You have to have something you can lose before you gain something, in this case, money.

Anw on the topic of NFT and Bitcoin, they're different. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, to simplify, it's a type of money you can use like how you use say USD (or whatever local currency you use). Emphasis on "like" since they still have differences. NFT's are like a "token" that certifies ownership. Just imagine it as a type of deed for that certain object, in most cases right now, it's for a piece of art.

1. NFT and Bitcoin are completely different, Bitcoin can be used to store a value, currency or not hard to sell since every Bitcoin is same, except you're buy a fake Bitcoin e.g. BCH, BSV, etc. In NFT, you must find a buyer who want to buy your NFT, this is really hard since when you uploaded your NFT to Opensea or NFT marketplaces, there are a lot competitors which upload their own NFT too.

2. Using NFT or shitcoins for investing are really a bad idea, honestly NFT is more dangerous than shitcoins.
