Not at all.It depends on the source of the news if it comes from a very reputable website then I can believe it and put it into use but not all the news are genuine so it is not every random Crypto-news I will take into consideration.
Sometimes those reputable websites and sources are also having some mistakes like lack of data gathering pertaining to a specific news.

But this is just rarely happening and if I'm going to look into crypto news, I'll also check the reputable ones instead of some unknown crypto news that I have never heard of.

It is best to have as many source of news as you can for you to confirm and verify the news that's being reported if it's real or some info are lacking of, etc.

News/ Communication is a double-edged sword for the cryptocurrency space and also to the outside life when all kinds of negative, extreme, etc. information easily deceive people and put pressure on people.  On the contrary, in a welcoming free space, we all want to choose the right information and news even if we have no experience with it.  That is a fact that proves an unacceptable rate when the media plays an increasingly important role in life, business and economy.  How do we know if information is true or false when they don't understand it?  only try to increase awareness, learn and do more research to eliminate them.  The decision will be yours only then
That is true, it is not just about crypto but the whole world is filled with fake news these days. It doesn't even have to be fake, you can shift the words around by stating something good and making it bad looking as well.

Like someone could win a million dollars from lottery, and you can title the news "everyone else lost" and suddenly it looks like a bad thing right? Same here, I think when bitcoin goes up, instead of saying bitcoin went up, they can say "bitcoin may fall even harder due to increased price" or something and make it sound like a bad thing. This is why it is important to not check the news as facts, check what it says but also check what the actual story is as well to understand it completely so you don't get fooled.

Certik's cryptocurrency project shared a compelling piece of information, revealing that over 25% of individuals who fell victim to fraud in 2021 reported it began with a social media ad, post, or message. To stay informed and vigilant, this thread will delve into the most frequently occurring types of social media scams. 25% seems lower compared to the previous years. This is great as it shows that people are now learning and maybe most of these percents are only newbies who still lack knowledge on what is scam and what is not.

Scams can be posted or found anywhere but the worse thing is if it posted on the social media but it's no brainer on why scammers love this place because there are many people who are involved on it now as they are very useful. Social media platforms must be more strict and start to regulate the post and the ads made on their platform because not all of them are legit. Thanks for sharing the tip by the way. This is very helpful.

Most of the news is not really 100% accurate, because most of it is also paid to be good for people who can hear, read and watch.

And usually what we can read in the news is that they spread Fud just to discredit other altcoins for their own interest, although there are also others who tell and report the truth. And it just depends on whether you believe it.
Always verify and always be having that behavior on nitpicking on which one you would tend to believe and which is not. Basing up or according into your experiences then you would definitely be able to point out which news are fuds and shills or simply showing up some potential manipulation on the market. We know that this market is really that highly reactive to news and fundamentals which if you are really that a trader or investor who do keep on always looking about news then its up to you on which one would be taken and which one would be ignored but we do know that it is really that hard to ignore whenever
we do see some extreme negative news that circles around the market.

Although it is very harmful to investors who are not watchful, it appears to be a marketing tactic to draw more consumers by making a strong claim and persuading them to participate in the project. Indeed, it is wise to conduct a thorough analysis of a project before investing in it; if you discover a situation that is similar to what you describe, it is best to proceed cautiously in order to prevent suffering significant losses.

Not all the time and it depends on the source of the news. There are some few reliable websites that publish legit crytocurrency news.I still don't take them as a consideration when making an investment in any project, the news is just to enlighten the public and serve as a guide but on the other hand one must make a very good research on the project he is willing to make an investment weather the project is worth it or not to avoid losses.

not only crypto news, but almost on average all news from various media must have lied for click bait and views, therefore we should never believe 100% of the news you just read, look for other, more trusted news source options

Since I find my self here in this forum, it has made me to ready and get more stronger in the cryptocurrency information before investing my hard earned money into a new project that has not establish or listed in coinmarketcap (CMC) which makes me to lost my funds at my earliest stage, therefore not all crypto news you read online and jumped into to invest. Hence adequate research need to carryout before investing and is more profitable when it comes to public.

Yes, these are known truths. Of course, you should not believe every news in social networks and various news portals. It's all outdated. Basically, projects that really represent a promising solution for the cryptocurrency sphere come out immediately with the support of well-known companies.
I read and grab every single news I come encountered with, grabbing the trending information at the right time have been one of the reasons that I kept bagging profits from coins I've invested my money on. Believing every single news one come across will definitely lead to been victims of scams. It's important to be updated about the operation of the crypto market, knowing the prominent projects and also know the projects that are abandoned. Many new projects use such tricks to attract investors, but I can say that many newbies believe it to be true and buy new coins without doing proper research. If you buy based on enticing posts without researching, the chances of losses are very high. Therefore, any investor should always be cautious and satisfied before making a purchase decision, rather than being swayed by emotions.
We need to be careful while investing into any of the cryptocurrency. Whether it is new/old we should analyse well about the market situation and understand what all the possibilities to profit and the risks associated with it. Whrn it comes to new coins, we should go with small amounts and further go for the big investment. Also we should have a plan B kept ready to execute if things didn't go as predicted.
We usually try to invest in a larger size when we see little possibility in cryptocurrency. It is true that it is not possible to get success if it does not take the risk. However, it is very important to review where I am ্goin to invest before investing. At present, thousands of online portals have been created depending on the cryptocurrency, where various types of fake information is provided to increase traffic on their site. An investor must gain good knowledge of this subject. Otherwise he may be in danger.

And one of it is about PR marketing.

That's the most used way and strategy for the new projects to emerge from nothing into something. All of them have come up with that idea because it's best to reach out these publishing companies and give them some exposure from their projects.

With a hefty amount of money as payment, they'll be published and gets some quick sort of attention and fame through their agencies.

It's a must to do research, so DYOR is always what we see from everyone who gives answers for people asking if this-that coin is a good investment.
