I don't like dealing with these escrows on here... I've heard stories about how they can be tempted by the "seller" to release some bitcoins to the scammer, and they can keep the rest... :/

Same modus operandi. New user, locked thread, no item. There are a couple other just like it still here. I got suckered by him but only for $11. Didn't want to bother with escrow for $11 (but he wouldn't have given codes anyway). I assume you didn't use escrow.

I wasn't thinking clearly, and just wanted to trade fast at first... and he also somewhat convinced a part of me that he wasn't scamming.
