Honestly, I have never used Poloniex to trade. There are some thoughts that say I will try to trade there because some of my friends have recommended it, but after I see your post about Poloniex I have to reconsider.

That's right, if you're having a hard time thinking where to trade your coins, just use the CMC, click the market button and you will see the available exchange sites on where you can do trading. And you can also see what site has high percentage of trading volume.

We already have numerous platform so I guess we should not get stuck on the old ones.

Poloniex was recently bought by Circle, which has one of the best customer support teams out on their platform. While I am sure it will take a while to integrate the Circle methodologies into Poloniex, good things will be coming in the near future.
This is news to me, hope the change of management will also benefit we the customers and hope circle don't disappoint either.

It would be better if you guys will provide the link. Like all we know it's still under the same management.
And knowing a little about Circle it takes a lot of courage to take control the Polo like it will deal with all pending issues.
I already quit using Polo, obviously we have many options to choose from and i don't want to get stressed out.
That's right, how could we believed even OP didn't have any link of the issues regarding poloniex service. I know this exchange site because I have an account there but as of now I stop trading due to low price in the market but when bull run's come I will back in trading. Os far I don't have any issues on this exchange everything has a smooth transaction. Probably, he made some error transaction.

Poloniex is a big exchange and has been with the cryptocurrency market for a long time. It was once the No. 1 market in the market but now has a lot of changes and Poloniex does not have the incentive to attract investors. . At the moment, I also rarely use Poloniex because it has very slow transaction time and high fees.
It might have been on for a very long time, but that does not mean it does not have its flaws and indeed these days, the flaws just keep increasing and I can bet that volume of users have drastically reduced since the loyalty has dropped. There are better exchanges doing things better and with a far better platform and UI, so why will I want to remain in a less developed spot as a user than utilize what is best for me. That is just how I see it now with poloniex.

That's really sad to hear😞 I heard mostly positive reviews about them. But as the time shows, every case is different.
It is possible you have been checking old reviews, try searching for new reviews and you will probably change your mind about them. So far, poloniex has even stopped being a trade name for exchanges in the space compared to before and since the competition is getting even tougher by the day with new exchanges coming up with a better and well performing platform, I guess it gradually became hard for them to catch up.

I will not post this topic if I do not encounter a special case that makes me very upset.
You know Poloniex is a 39th trading platform on coinmarketcap of BTC / USDT. With 24h trading volume is $ 31,144,300. But their attitudes and behavior not carefull and careless.
About 7 months before I picked up wrong account freezing (I know this is my fault). I had to send 2 support for poloniex. And 3 months ago I received a reply from a support person. They said they could not open the account for me and told me to give them the address to withdraw money from the account. I gave the address, the next month they processing problem for me. That money is not much but I am very disappointed
Do you know? When I received a withdrawal email I was very happy. But when looking at the address it is missing the number 1 ? Cheesy ? Yes, their support is missing the number 1. A basic btc address thing that always has to have a digit in front.
It's funny, Lucky it is not valid, if it is another address I will not understand what supporters will do ?
I also do not want to post here. I know they have a lot of work to do. But not so they can not be so careless. I was very upset, I was very patient to resolve, very happy to receive the confirmation email withdrawn, but the wallet address is invalid -_-
How do you feel about the quality of service of Poloniex? I personally feel it is very bad!!!
One of my first exchange was on Poloniex, and I like it because how it works, though it was a bit slow. But the Bitcoin withdraw fee was very cheap.

Poloniex is an advanced Altcoin exchange trading platform, business base volume and number of users. However, customer support and verification procedures may take longer than necessary. Moreover, some recent servers and API stopped working, which caused some problems.

Cashback 15%
Many traders have said this, and some traders have problems with withdrawl.
I have not used it to trade. I trust Bittrex more.

So sad news. I haven't feel good after reading your experience. I used poloniex but now I don't use it because I don't like their trading interface even withdraw processing time is so long than other. However, if any support team taking a long time than expected then no one like this. I think every exchanger will need good at support facility not only Poloniex but also all.

So sorry for you, mate. I haven't dealt with Polo yet but they've got me quite frustrated as I had higher hopes on them. Did you try to use another exchange after that? For instance, CEX? They allow withdrawing money using cards and have recently improved wire transfers: https://cex.io/wires-campaign/.

At least change the title of this thread like "problem reaolved by poloniex".  Support seems to provide a much better support, than they dis in the last months. Maybe because they are now better positioned with their staff and have a new important partnership.
All information has been corrected that polo it still works normally. According to many sources put forward about it. It seems a bit slow but never lost money. This is the point we can record for them. Normal investors only need to do so, as long as they do not lose money.

Get'em boys
I say "lose money" is just metaphor. After this post they solved me yesterday. Maybe they have seen this post =))
Then you should close this thread since the issue had been resolved already. Each exchange do have issues and poloniex isnt an exception to that but calling them directly or claiming that you lose money isnt really right at all. This is one of the most reputable exchangers as of today. They wont retain their reputation if they would tend to scam anyones money. There might be delays but its always sure that it would really be solved.
really got alarmed thought one of the few trusted exchanges was compromised but since OPs problem was resolved best to lock this thread.

Polo is one of the 2 exchanges I've used the most and I had most money in. Indeed, lately their support is way too busy and way too slow, but I've never lost money with them.
I had deposits not recognized at first, but after notifying the support they've got fixed. But that was long ago. Lately no issues at all and most transactions were Bitcoin.
Busy because of what? If they do really busy then it's better due how they taking care customer problems , no improvement really , I frequently still receive some pending withdrawal and unanswered tickets. It's Annoying , make me have to avoid their service due too much time wasted.
I’m sure it was no secret polo’s customer support staff was severely understaffed and seemed to lack a bit of guidance and direction by management. Change comes from the top and works itself down.
