at least walk around your garden , climb up stairs or even lifting your bottled water is considered as exercise .
When you are in youre 30s already, you need to exercise for the blood to circulate well.
Walking around is the only I would do. Going to a nearby vegetable shop and back home is what I normally do every day, it's not really a workout but I guess it's enough for me to get out of the house. Going to work and back to the house is just a routine to break that is why there should at least be something else to do. If there is just a nearby beach I would probably go and swim and then back.
