Thank you for the info guys. I had already enough answers and will going to lock this thread. It is indeed very risky to download bitcoin app if there is any for sure it is a phishing app.

Until now, there is no bitcointalk app. I think it may be created in near future.

There is no official app, and seems it won't be anytime soon.
Don't try those in the App Stores, you are risking your credentials to be stolen.

Thanks. Heard about bitcointalk today and almost went ahead to download an application from the playstore. Thank my guts I checked here first.

If there was one that was working though, I wouldn't really suggest using it(an unofficial app) if it isn't open source, as we wouldn't know what data they're collecting as they would have access to your email and your password, which is something you would really wouldn't want.
AFAIK, it was open source and developed by a trusted user.

Is it even possible for such forums to be turned into an app?
Anything can be done with an API or scraper.

I think they even halted the development of the new bitcointalk forum that's supposed to be a lot more modern(with responsive css and such), so an app is probably out of the picture for a while unfortunately.

Unfortunately there is none.

There were a few unofficial ones but they stopped working after theymos implemented the captcha on the login page. But I was thinking, and now that there is a link that bypasses that captcha for your account, someone could update/develop a new (and better) app.

There is no official app to the bitcointalk forum. But you can access bitcointalk desktop version website with the smartphone. The bitcointalk is a simple forum site and it is loading very fast. That's why we can access desktop version website from the smartphone.

No, there is no official app, although some developers have created their own version. Would I use one of them? Hell no. With all the account hacking/phishing that takes place, there is no way I would voluntarily jeopardise de security of my credentials by trying out a non-official Bitcointalk app.
You could give it a go at your own risk with an account you create just for reading purposes, but if you value your main account then I would stay away.

This topic has been talked about quite a few times already though. For example:
Bitcointalk app.
BitcoinTalk Forum have an Mobile Apps? (caution).
Bitcointalk mobile app.
Bitcointalk in a mobile app.
Bitcointalk Mobile Friendly App for Android (caution).

There isn't any app for this forum for now. But you can add it in your bookmarks and can check the remember me box so that you don't have to login every time. It also becomes kind of a one tap access.

Hello guys! I would like to ask politely if there is a bitcointalk app available for the forum?

Due to the love of this forum I am looking if there is an app for bitcointalk to download. This will help me to access the forum easily by just using icon to tap when accessing the forum.
