You can see my writeup of OgNasty's pool here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/nastypop-vs-standard-p2pool-891298.  I've been running a test since November of 2014, with weekly results.  OgNasty and Nonnakip have done a really nice job putting this pool together and it matches up with your diagram.

Yes.  NastyPool's NastyPoP payout method works like you are describing via P2Pool and charges 0% fees.

Hy,

do we have a "pre" pool for p2pool?



i have made a image for a better understanding

So we have a pool, that create a worker on p2pool. All payouts goes to the worker pool and after validation the pool makes a payout to the worker based on there valid shares to the pool.

For many small miners, is that a great solution, so they dont must use a big pool, and can use p2pool too.
