Soon after the agreement to create a single currency will be signed, the events will develop according to a well-known scenario. The whole system will collapse sooner or later. Governments are not ready to subordinate their internal interests to the idea of international financial stability. The collapse of the exchange rate, changes in the stock markets will undermine the credibility of the alternative currency.

Global currency can only be tolerated if it is decentralized and not
owned and controlled by a particular country like the dollar bill.Otherwise,
most countries may not have enough chunk of it and it must affect the citizens
of such countries negatively.Let every country develop its own currency and link
it to the block chain and with distributed ledger integration, one can transact from
one crypto coin to another without barriers.

A currency for the globalized world. Although it may sound like a utopia for some, a global or world currency is actually a well-known concept in International Finance and Foreign Exchange Markets. It refers to a currency that can be used for transactions across the globe without borders. By global currency it will create more economy space.

Will these plans to create a global currency be realized? As for me - in part. That is, a new global currency may and will appear, but will receive limited application. It will not cancel the national currencies of China, Russia and many other large countries...

Obviously needed global currency, because in this world there are many countries that have a different currency. Currency values between one country and another can be determined by exchange rate against global currencies, and also to facilitate transactions.

In true, crypto is also a response to too much regulations on imports and exports. There was no such regulations maybe the coin wouldnt matter that much. We still have regulations but at leat the exchange price and sending the money is not the biggest problem anymore.  The coin dont even need to be a crypto becouse the best coin would win this 'competition', even if it was a government fiat. The problem is in sending and again... regulations.

Maybe not a UNIQUE currency "to rule them all".

But a currency that has the quality of being global. Being widely accepted and used everywhere, with no exaggerated fees.

In the actual state, how would a global unique money work ? Seriously just think about it.

Would leave every countries/states in the world unable to lead economical politics on their territories.

Plain and simple. (Altho some would argue it's already the case in the Euro zone :p (RIP EU union) )

I suppose the closest thing we have at the moment is the dollar which is used in many places in and out of the US and is pretty successful, but then you have the Euro which many were EU countries where forced to adopt and i bet now many wish they hadn't.

I guess if you have a strong currency and if it is done right you could have a successful global currency, but it's not needed per se.

This is a very big idea, a global currency, which is unlikely.

To achieve this goal must be a very strong country to unify the world, at that time there will be a common currency.

Global currency is necessary to facilitate easy trade among the countries of the world. When global currency is generally acceptable among the countries of the world, it would drastically reduced the tension inferiority in currency

Global currency is very important to create a global transaction.  If all the countries have a global currency, evil powers can rule the world easily to realize their horrible goals. Global currency will helps us to transact money from the any corner of the world. That's why we need a global currency as soon as possible.

Yes, it would be so much easier. But this is very difficult to do, because there are so many countries and not everyone can like this idea.

If there is a global currency, who will be the final authority over it. That is where the problem will be , government yielding their power to one centralize authority to control their finance is like given their powers away. It wont be possible.

Yes, definitely needed. It would be so much easier to live. Because the constant exchanges on which you lose a lot of money are already boring .

I agree, but the means of getting us to that point is too much work. War would even be one of the possible ways to achieve it.
