If you keep all your money in one asset, there is a high probability that this asset will not show a big profit
But if you are diversifying your deposit by 5-10 coins, there is a chance that 1-2 will skyrocket  Grin

Of course you need it because if you didnt put your money into several investments one wrong pick would get your money put at risk, the more solid coins you are holding the more chances of getting more profits but you need to be very picky when it comes to choosing good quality altcoins in the market because theres a lot of shitcoins in the market and you should avoid these shitty coins.

Of course you will need it ,because if you didnt spread your investments one big crash of you coin could give you big amount of losses, that is why it isnt recommended to put your monery into a single coin because bitcoin's movement is unpredictable because of these manipulations that these big players are doing,we need to get along with these people and start earning.

You should if you dont want to get rekt fast in the market manipulations that we have almost everyweek.I prefer having more bitcoin's proportion in my portfolio because bitcoin does dictate how will these altcoins will do,bitcoin's movements will be responsible how will these altcoins are going to survive every bloodtbaths in the market.

Yes, because investing in cryptocurrency is very risky. It is true that you can earn one time big profit but the counter part may also happen. You may lose all your money in an instant. Do not put your egg on one basket.

I prefer to diversify my holdings. It is quite new market and too slippery. I can't rely on one under these circumstances.

The answer to your question is NO, we dont need to diversify and you could be lucky and make a huge profit from just one coin and a huge loss also. So if you look at the risk of loosing all, then your only option is to diversify, spread your risks.

I think yes. This helps to save your money, even if one coin has failed. 10 coins? One dropped out, but there are still nine left! Lost only 10%. This is a huge advantage, but, of course, if the entire market falls, then the losses are the same.

Yeah, we should. One of the smartest things we can do in this unclear market is step up our own due diligence and base investments on solid project fundamentals. This will put us in a better position to pick the emerging winners than most crypto investors.

Investing into one coin is Always risky, diversify our investment into two to three coins is always intelligent thinking. Primarily investing into Bitcoin is good idea. Second with be ETH and followed by other Altcoins.

You need it trust me,because if you did put all of your money into one coin that will be a suicide because the market has high volatility and you could lose 90% of your portfolio in an instant when the coin you had gone all in losses most of its value so you still need to have a good risk management so that you wont be losing money everytime the market has failed.

Yes you need to because if you dont and the coin you have invested has failed too you are going to be bag holder for months or worst forever that is why you need to have a risk management in your portfolio i personally have more bitcoin's proportion than these altcoins because i truly respect the bitcoin as it is the one who dictates the whole market situation most of the time.

Why do we need to diversify our holdings? why we just all in in one coin to have a one time bigtime profit.

In my opinion, every trader should divide his/her holdings. Although many of the coins' prices depend on bitcoin's price, I think the risk is not equal for every coin and divrsifying is the best choice.

Yes you need to put your money into different coins so that these bloodbaths wouldnt affect your portfolio so much, put more bitcoin allocations in your portfolio so that you wont get affected too much whenever these altcoins has started to fail, these crashes are created by the bigplayers who wanted the market to crash so that they can buyback the coins that they have sold at the peaks this is how the market works and you should adopt it.

We need balance. Yes, diversification is good for SAVING. But for huge profit much different coins are bad. You can to count self. More accuracy predictions and some luck can give much more than diversification

No one owes nothing. If you believe in a coin and have little money - do not diversify, put everything in one coin. Diversification of assets is the best economic practice to minimize the risk of loss: if one coin falls, the other will rise. It's like in roulette: you can put everything on one number, but you can scatter.

If you want to survive you will need to get along how the market works, any situation can be profitable in the cryptocurrencies bear markets are very profitable when you know what you are doing, because if you dont you will only sell your coins whenever the market has started to crash.Panic selling isnt a very good idea because you are literally helping these giants/big players to get what they want which is putting the market down then buyback from the dips!

You need to buy a few different coins, in order to reduce losses in a falling market. One coin can fall by 90 percent and therefore investments in only one asset are very dangerous.

At the moment there is no confirmed information that any one coin has won, so we have nothing left to do but buy many different.
