i earn my coins regularly and keep spending it weekly. i just need my net packs so i spend it for them and if i earn a little extra then i invest than on smething but i dont store any coin
It is interesting that you are spending your coins and do not keep them at all! Maybe saving a bit of them is not bad!
Well this is the trading strategy they are spending some of the bitcoin or sell it to make a profit because they have already a good margin for the price of bitcoin to make a profit for price pump and dump.. and some of them are holding for back up once the price of bitcoin will continues increase...

And yes that's the sole reason to hold bitcoin at the moment. Let's not pretend it got real usability. Almost everyone who holds bitcoin is looking at the charts more then looking for shops to spend their bitcoin. This is miners included.

Since Steam started accepting BTC, I've bought a game or two with my coins.
But usually I prefer not to spend Bitcoins and use fiat instead.

I would say that you should control your spending your bitcoin for buying games on steam. Because if you run out of funds for this halving.
Then you are going to miss the chance of earning as you are holding your bitcoins.

He just try to buy games on steam since that company accepts bitcoin as their mode payment. Also I doubt he will spend all of his coins just to buy games on Steam since he stated that usually he wants to use fiat. But even if that will be the real score, I see no wrong here. It's his coins after all so he can do whatever he want disregarding all price trend that will happen.

Can't say i have actively spend them but i kept buying more coins on ICO using the btcs I've earned online.
I didn't spend it like cashing out to fiat and buy tangible goods for now. They are just investments that i'm hoping to grow huge.

No i dont spent bitcoins i am holding them to wait when the price of the bitcoin rises up that high i will sell all
of my earned coins to be sure that i booked enough profit.
And on the other hand there are people like me, who are too much dependent on workers under them and hence have to pay them. Actually I have a team who earn together so yeah we spend bitcoins much actively even when price is high.

I could only spend my bitcoin to recharge my mobile or for gambling. not much just that for the time being.

Active usage of bitcoin mostly takes place while placing bets, rather than that I prefer to convert to local currency and use it because of the limited acceptance of bitcoin in mycountry.

I have the same issue. There is no merchants here in our country that accepts bitcoin as payment. So for now, I am converting it to fiat first before I can use it. I hope someday merchants from here also adopt bitcoin as payment so I can easily use it without having to convert first.
We just need time for that to happen, in the future we will surely see big merchants in our respective country, every year is an improvement of bitcoin and with continues support we can see that benefits and experience it.

I have been actively spending bitcoins but since the price started plummeting, I have taken a back seat until it stabilizes.
Yes, same I do too. I earn bitcoins then I spend them very fluently so far but right now due to the price is high I only use and spend them when I am in desperate need of something.
Good move, that should be the way to discipline ourselves. Spend only on things that we badly need or for our basic needs, treat bitcoin like a good that the more you store it in the long period of time you will benefits more.

not really often, I'd just used it to buy credit loads, pay bills, but not yet spending in shopping, I just hold it for a while and wait for a price increase then convert into my local currency then wait for price low then buy it.
Good move, with bitcoins in our hand, we should be hesitant to buy useless things or just to feed our wants. What we are holding is precious and if we know how to value it, it will give us fortune in the future.
They won't for sure because there are few merchants that accepts bitcoin thru their payment so eventhough they really want those specific things if bitcoin is not an option for payment then they can't still buy it. I think the lack of merchants too is one of the reason why people don't bother to buy things using bitcoin.

Agree that is one of the factor, lack of merchants so they just using it more actively in investment to make profits. But you know even there is a lot of merchants accepted in some of the places, other people insist to use it since they care for the price to bag some good profits.

As of now i spend my bitcoin on alt coin trading sites to grow it more and i will withdraw and keep them if the amount of my bitcoin would increased at least 150%. I do that because that is the only way where i can grow my bitcoin safer than gambling or HYIPs.

i spend my bitcoins. but only for digital goods.
e.g. my vpn accepts BTC. andi bought some apps with BTC.
I also have spend some of my Bitcoin on digital goods but ow when it gets harder to earn them and the price gets higher so they are more expensive I do not spend them that much any more.
At this moment it is the best but to just hold on to them for a while.
I agree with you. With the price of bitcoin still showing strength and consolidating at the $630 levels, with the potential to go higher, one cannot be blamed for just holding his bitcoins because in the future, that same amount of bitcoin would cost much more.
