Everyone must have the same goal in addition to gaining knowledge, we also seek to profit from the knowledge we get it about how to get it I think all have their own way to get it.
We all know that Bitcoin's future is bright like Sun, yet here are lots of uncertainty as for now. Either we all have to keep patience or we all have to do more effort to grow our this community.
Yes! I believe that cryptocurrency is a long term investment that if you hold a potential coin like bitcoin history repeats itself and that is the good thing on cryptocurrency that it is never too late to get involved in crypto because there's always a opportunity in few potential altcoin.

basically we are all the same that is how to generate large results with little capital, or even no capital at all, I strongly believe bitcoin will make my life more meaningful for family in particular and others in general
If you do not believe in long term investment then bitcoin for you is just a joke or something that is not legit. But as we can see, bitcoin's presence is something people could feel up to now. Its presence just prove long term investment is something attainable in the cryptocurrency world.
i didn't say bitcoin was a joke, its a very good idea with very real flaws. i don't buy the viability of lightning network, and i know that the ledger is very slow. bitcoin has a scale problem, and that is no joking matter, especially with the number of billions of dollars invested in it. your comment is a strawman argument which attempts to put words in my mouth that weren't there. bitcoin may be present in the present tense, but that doesn't mean it can't fail, and be gone tomorrow, so to speak. nothing in technology is too big to fail.
Yes i believe in crypto long term but it depends the status of a crypto market and theres a lot hype coins today... But interms of btc and eth you must keep it in long term investment.

as an early bitcoiner, i sure used to believe that bitcoin was the future. boy i really thought i was looking at the future of money as we know it, and the death of fiat. but now i know that its flaws are insurmountable, because its greatest strength(cryptographic proof of work) makes it impractical. therefore, any cryptographic proof of work ledger system can never succeed, as the work requirement makes it impossible for it be practical, and making it faster makes it vulnerable. so no, i do not believe in bitcoin long term, and 99.9% of the users into crypto don't either. they are just trying to make money off of it, simple as that. crypto is an impractical, pie in the sky monetary system that could never handle mass adoption and daily use. hell, the existing coins can barely handle the relatively small amount of transactions, it is unreasonable to think it could ever scale to become the monetary system of value for the entire planet.
In such a market as we see today - the only way to make money is a long-term investment. Yes, experienced traders can earn on the pond, but the majority here are beginners who have never had trade affairs, and therefore for such as we are the best solution - just hold.

I really believe in the crypto, I felt a little bit of the crypto money results during the bull season, but then the bear season started and things got worse. Only long term, just like in any other investment. The reason is plain & simple - ONLY long term will bring you significant profits, no trader or short term player will earn such money, and this is proven with time.
Understand that crypto is still a very fresh market, and even some people did quick profit back in the end of 2017, this was just luck for them.
Look at current market, the trading volume has dropped dramatically, which proves what not much traders are willing to trade something now.
I believe that percentage of people who bought in 2014 and held all that time till 2017 is very small, as most of the people don't have proper financial education and simply can't wait for bigger profits.

i dont believe in a long hodl as long as you know when is the right time to exit, go out! for you to gain more profit try to do the basic bounce technic. hodling long is not necesary mean gaing more. set a target and hit it.

Yes, I do. Cryptocurrencies and blockchain are still in their infancy stage and we are yet to discover their full potential. But I do believe in crypto long term. Honestly, I believe more in the long term than the others. Because I get more profit from the long-term in comparison other options such as trading or other. By using the long term we can sell the coin when the price is at the highest option and we can get double profit from long term.
