Money is one of the greatest motivators for evil. I mean alot of people break laws for money. They also lie, steal and cheat to get money. But money is not the root of all evil. People kill out of jealousy and money doesn't have anything to do with it. Others kill merely on principle, like race thay money doesn't have a thing for. I believe the root of all evil is evil itself. Money is merely a tool and as a tool it should be used and not to be worshipped. Perspective about these things are simple enough to understand but it's not easy to implement.
Ofcourse, just try to relate that whatever crime is going is happening just for the want of money
We live in a world where money is necessary. Money is just another form of energy, and it’s what we attach to it that becomes the problem. It is important for nothing more than meeting our basic needs. It is NOT as important as relationships and the best we can do is to keep our relationship with money in check. Do not make the acquiring of it more important than anything else.

The love of money is just one of the many roots of evil. Loving money is loving it above all, even God, and is a form of idolatry.

Well i personally think not. Money is but a tool for evil acts and doings. When it comes to money being a tool i believe that the root cause is greediness. if man's love of money or wealth exceeds his love for God then all the evil will begin, many rich people who ambition to continue to gain wealth, they are very passionate in accumulating wealth and forget the poor around him, forget the God who has give them plenty of pleasure, they will do anything they can to achieve their desires.

Money is just one of the many blessings that are given to us and it is our responsibility to learn how to use and manage it. We must focus on the giver, not the gift, not to the point that the gift becomes the center of our lives. Money is a good servant, but is never a good master.

The love of money is mentioned in the bible as "a" root of all evil. This means that it is just one of the many roots and that there are other roots. It is just so effective that a lot of people commit horrendous crimes and unimaginable things because of their love of money.

Definitely not the root of all evil. Certainly contributes to a massive amount of it though. A lot of people in society are forced to worry about and consider money far more than is healthy. The pursuit of money can reek alot of havok across the world. I believe evil is way deeper than money though.

It depends on the person how he /she handles everything. Money can give a person a evil mind or angel mind, some person uses money in evil thing like if you have a lot of money you can pay a person to kill the person you hate, in good things money can use in helping others like the poor people. So there's a lot of things money can use. We should think in a good way how we use our money.

They say that money is the root of all evil , but i think money is just a tool not a root of all evil. Money is needed to be able for us to buy our needs in life , to be able to pay our payments , bills etc. But the root of all evil itself is us , we make our own reason of unselfishness in life , our jealousy and envy to others to commit evil deeds. True, it's only evil if the person has evil intentions and is willing to break relationships just to gain money. If the reason is unselfish, it's a totally different thing.

Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. It is the love of money, not money itself, that is a source of all different kinds of trouble and evil. Is it not happiness when someone can pay expensive treatment and save another life? And remember tons of humanitarian aid to starving and suffering countries! And how many cases of liberation of slaves ransom-way! Even just buy food for a stray dog and look at her grateful eyes - this is also happiness ...

I think It's true, if people are after for money or power they tend to take risk to do evil

I do believe that the love of money is the root of all evil, it is a very important fact that money is needed for most of our daily activities and needs, yet it is not a do or die affair where the love of money will cause man or woman to love money so desperately that, he or she can do any thing because of money.The love of money causes many to do things that are not worth mentioning. Because of the love of money , many kill, kidnap, rape, involve in rituals and other abominable acts that God condemns.Waiting for God's time is not in their agenda, as they are out to get this money at all cost.
