To me, I believe it has nothing to do with loss but chance or how do you explain someone who has been winning then eventually lost everything do you say he was lucky before, and the luck left him? Or how do even measure it on behalf of someone who is a perpetual loser? Does that mean he does not have luck? Everything concerning gambling is on chance which affects how you can win or lose...
