Yes, I do from Aliexpress. Their services there are very condusive, it really saves a lot of stress going to stores to purchase stuifs for my self. And most importantly, these guys are people of integrity, seeing that this value is want keeps a business enterprise from crashing or loosing customers.

Yes, but there's always a risk. I bought a laptop fan at a known Online Store, it was branded as brand new but the item that I received doesn't look like one. That depends on the seller too so only buy from sellers that has a good reputation. Good thing is, buying online is easier than visiting physical stores and has a large variety of choices. 
I do but mostly just shops who have cash-on-delivery policy. I need to make sure they're not scammers.
I really like amazon and ebay. Pretty comfortable and much cheaper.
