in fact it is very difficult to control my self while playing gambling but actually i booked so much lost in previous days that now i have committed not to exceed the limit of my gambling.
I cant control myself especially when I lost some of my money. Mostly, I will chase my previous lost with a crazy method. I lost my common sense when losing my money and I realized it after everything has gone! But when I win some coins I can easily control myself.
That's normal, a desperation. But it won't happen if you didn't invest too much emotion in gambling and money too. Well, good to hear that when you win you can easily stop your self from betting. Yes I can control myself in gambling. I am more thinking about the money that I lose and I know I cannot win anything. I more likely to believe that I am not lucky without experienced in playing. I do have beliefs that newbie needs experience to win something, however, there are really lucky. I am focusing on the money I will lose and what should be possible that I could lose when I continue. In spite of the benefits of self controlling in gambling still sometimes I loose control under unexpected situations. I will say in gambling when someone gamble for long periods then he comes under control of the events or results what appear during gamble. I've tried gambling once and it's very addicting specially every times you win. Yes i can control myself when im playing gambling and i dont let my temper and emotion would control me because if i let these emotions would overcome me for sure i would really make bad decision and which causes for me to get lose on playing gambling. well for sports gambling, you can always read expert advises about the sport that you' re trying to bet on. it's pretty easy to control yourself for these types of gambling games. i think it's harder to control yourself in casino games like poker because it is you who's actually involved in the game. i've tried playing in a casino and time flies pretty fast if you're enjoying what you're doing there.
Until you don't learn hard lessons in gambling you won't know how to control yourself.
