PacMan.  I remember playing that on an IBM XT my grandfather had.  He had it for many years.  I would love to know what happened to that machine.  Another one I remember was Asteroid.  Good times.

The old arcade classics I loved - Galaxian, Asteroids, Defender and I'm old enough to remember the Sinclair Spectrum! I loved that old computer and remember wasting countless hours playing Jet Set Willy, Alchemist and so many other games on it. Good times.  Grin

Got serious with an old Commodore Amiga. I think my parents spend 1000 GBP on my first Amstrad. It was the most rubbish thing ever and used tapes.

Favourite game was Bomb Jack

Dr.Mario, Tetris, Super Mario and i dont know if these are 8 bits but pc games like Lotus, Prince of Persia are the best.

Super Mario is the best! It's been 20 years now, and I still remember the level that I could not get through.  Grin

I really enjoyed a game called 'combat' on the Atari. You drive around a maze in a tank trying to tank out your opponent. It was great fun!
