I have started lifting again (too late for summer body) but it's gotten fun and something else to do than schoolwork and frantically watching altcoins rise and fall. Smiley

Oh yeah, I lift everything.

I lift books,
Juice boxes,
Sheets,
Clothes,
Computers,
Mice,
Remote Controls,
Pencils,
Papers,
Tests.

And I hope you lift one, too. Or else you've probably haven't been in reality lately.

Not like I used to.  It is something I really regret not sticking with because I was having good results.  I got the exercise bike and treadmill just collecting dust but I swear that isn't going to be the case as I have promised myself that I'm gonna get rid of all the flubber on me!

I used to go to the gym with my friends 2-3 times a week for 5 years, but had to move out and couldn't force myself to go start going alone in another town.
Another thing is that it's hard to find a normal gym these days, one that doesn't look like some hotel spa or something with muzak playing in the background and treadmills full of fat guys.

I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week with 3 of my friends, and they wouldn't go if i weren't always pushing them to come Tongue

Lol, that's a shame for them. I'm not a big guy, but I enjoy going to the gym, as does my friend who spots for me. Mind, having said that there are people out there who grow muscles as a result from carrying their shopping bags to the door, such is life Tongue

Lol, that fucking funny to read about it here.

I do Lift every day. Actually, I own a supplement shop here in Brazil Smiley

You want to know everything I do? Well I'm not a Bodybuilder, I'm more like a weight lifter. I workout pretty hard a group of muscles a day.

I'm not familiar with this "Stronglifts 5x5" you are talking about :/ I'll try and check it online latter.

Since I'm in Brazil, the exercises have different names, me and my friends are all working out to get big not fit Smiley

You own a supplement store in brazil so what's the best starter you will suggest in gaining Huh

To not use supliments. Work out and eat decent meals and you'll get all you need.

yeah I do lift, try to lift more though, cuz I'm not lifting for a few days.
I have my own personal gym at home with enough equipment Grin

Me too. I might buy a rowing machine this week. Need to do some decent cardio, but jogging gives me blisters.

I lift occasionally when I work out, but I am not a bodybuilder myself. I am more focused on not becoming fat, if you get what I mean.
this guy just like me. I'm not a bodybuilder, however I try to get a fairly ripped body and in shape, which means not having fat Grin

Are you fairly ripped like this?

Ain't we all. I'm pretty slim build, but I fear this Pizza and Pepsi diet I've been on for the past ten years might change that at any point. But I walk pretty much everywhere, so I guess I walk most of it off.

Yeah that makes sense. Lifting weights needn't be just about building strength, conditioning or tearing muscle fibres, but it is definitely an effective means of keeping trim Smiley
