Maybe the OP is very lucky because two times in a row when it comes the new year season benefit from playing gambling. This is a surprise from the casino owner and he wants to give OP a new year's gift, maybe like that, because as I recall I was never lucky in gambling during the new year's season, even I lost at that time.

I have not experienced that in the past, but in the past two new years I did not gamble because I prefer to drink and eat and be merry I have a whole year to gamble, but right now I just want to reflect on the past year and plan of the future and I start it by having a good drinks and be merry this new year.

Probably a coincidence, there is a saying in gambling just your lucky day and what happens could just be your lucky day, sometimes we experience a long string of luck and this is very tempting to bet more, that your usual bet but you need to understand all the risk you are facing when you pouring everything on gambling.

No.The casino runs on some machines they are not to be tricked about what date it is or time or day. They are supposed to run using an algorithm and they do so. One of the reason why gamblers lose is that they come under the false pretext that the next roll is going to be big when that roll never really comes till they go bankrupt.

Well, yea it is indeed a misconception. Luck is pretty weird and intangible, and you can't assume that because 2 years of testing made you believe that you're lucky every New Year. Test it a 100 times, a thousand times, you'd see the inconsistencies in your belief, especially since we are talking about luck here, which is the most incomprehensible factor in a humans status. It's fine to believe in yourself being lucky, but that doesn't mean that every time at that certain point in the year, you'd always be lucky.
I think it is just misconception and together with random luck like the one that happened to you it can make you believe strange things like you have more luck on New Year Eve.It is not true,the electronic games of the casinos are software programmed in a certain way that in the long run they make money to the casino owners.You just happened to play when the games pattern were in a mood to give back some of the money taken.

I as well to some old beliefs like don't spend too much money when New Year starts 'cause you'll be it for the entire year I was like how come. But due to cultural belief like that I am just used to obey though I know myself it wouldn't work that way. So, may be it is just that you're lucky that day but still casino doesn't change and always be in your favor whenever new year starts.

but when compared to a few years ago, obviously my luck was far away, 2 years ago I was very lucky compared to now.
2 years ago when approached the new year I won 0.8 BTC, while for the new year tomorrow I feel unsure of winning that much.
even so, I would still expect next year to be even luckier.

If you believe in something like that, then you should continue doing that. I'm just here to say that you might not be able to get that all the time because it cannot always be like that, and I'm saying this so that you wouldn't expect, and you won't be hurt when you lose during the new year. There's just nothing connecting the holidays to your chances of winning. It's still going to be based on a probability that you cannot predict.

gamble like a boss, have $100 free to play , 1 or two games doubled it down twice by $100 to $200 and $200 to $400 and then disappear.
don't gamble like a junkey, have $100 won it 10x to $1000 but lost in the end to $0 , as you feel been lucky before then you deposit and try another round , lost it again and repeat. you are a dumb junkey if you do this.

Well, it is luck. It's such an intangible factor in life that what you said might be true, that you really are luck during New Years'. BUT, that is solely limited to you and I really want you to be careful in believing this kind of luck based on occasion thing. It's easy to believe in luck, but really, once a storm hits you because of your belief of this "luck", then you can only pray that you don't lose too much. It's fine to believe in luck, just remember to always stop when you know your ahead, and don't venture in too deep, for you may not find the way back anymore.
i do not think that there is connection though i believe when i was still gambling addict?everytime december comes?i become more luckier than normal days but i know this may just coincident but still possibilities are there that maybe the luck gets closest when last quarter comes.
This has been happening with me for 5 years now. Every new year my mind says "I will be lucky this year" but my luck always takes a U turn. No, I do not believe in New Year Luck. It has never favoured me and I do think it will be the same in future years.

From an objective and neutral ground, it is but a mere coincidence that could break any time. But that lucky feeling could sometimes make wonders in gambling. It always depends on mindset. Gambling is a game of luck and chance if you are lucky, you win. You'll just have to try. I don't actually hold on to any superstitious belief, for me there is no lucky year. I just gamble and let my instinct do it's part when gambling.

Nah, this is just pure superstition on your part mate. In gambling, everything is based on luck, so that's why you have a good profit two years ago. And unless you can manipulate the result of an online casino, chances are you're going to lose in the end, or house edge will caught up on you.
