That is where a lot of people get it wrong. The idea that gambling is a get rich quick scheme or an avenue to make more money is a wrong idea which actually makes them deviate from a healthy gambling practice to a very poor gambling practice just because their aim is to make more money from it. The more they tend to take gambling activities too serious and spend too much time on staking and other gambling activities they begin to slip in more important aspects of their lives.
In some cases the situation can be soo bad that they eventually become gambling addicts. It is also important to note that gambling responsibly doesn't actually depend on the financial status of the person but rather the level of personal discipline the person has attained.

Gambling with insufficient fund is the worst thing any gambler can do, there is no way he will make correct decisions and avoid greed. The fact that insufficient fund is even involve is already a sign that the gambler will make mistake in the process. As a person, when I'm not so desperate to win is actually when I win more. A gambler with insufficient fund will surely be desperate to win. A gambler should look for a way of addressing the cashflow problem rather than thinking about gambling  with the small funds at his possession.

I think that is the right thing to do which is setting daily limits. This way you will control how much you lose to gambling per day. Any gambler that is unable to set such limit might run into problems.

you don't need to gamble everyday if you are not still very strong in financially. it's doesn't matter how much amount you are using for gambling everyday but if you gamble everyday you will get addicted on it so  you should avoid your strategy and you should gamble every weeks and you must shoulde maintain the limitation of budget. if you gimbale everyday then you will not able to protect yourself from gambling addiction in any ways. so always you have to control yourself if you want to keep safe from big financial loss

I guess both the rich and the poor will gamble to make money and in case of loss, both will try to recover the loses. Loses aren't bearable by the any group of people either they are rich or poor. However, there can be exceptions for a few of them who are very rich, and losing any amount of money will not matter them.


Anyway, I agree that if a poor gambler loses money, it will become very difficult for him to meet his daily expenses. But the question arises as to why the poor will gamble. The reason I understand is that he is most desperate to gain money and therefore he will risk his money to get the additional money from gambling. However, the poor gamblers must know that in case of loss, his life will become even more difficult.

We have different types of gamblers in the gambling center and, some gamble when they are not with enough money while some gamble when they have enough money to gamble to their satisfaction, but the most important thing in gambling is to ensure you didn't borrow money to gamble no matter what happen in the gambling center.

I have my own budget in gambling which is $4 or $5 daily either win or lose nothing will make me to gamble above that amount of money on that day because, I know that I will still gamble the next day to try my luck again and it has been helping me in the gambling center.

By changing their mindset and also reducing their gambling activities, they can reduce their losses in gambling. That means a lot to them because it means they can avoid losing a lot of money from gambling, and also they can avoid gambling addiction problems. There is no generally acceptable goal of gambling, it solely depends on the player. Some people gamble simply for fun and excitement. For some people, gambling provides an opportunity to socialize, bond with others, and participate in shared activities. For other individuals, gambling represents a potential opportunity to improve their financial situation or to supplement their income.

I don`t think telling a gambler not to gamble because to make money is important rather telling a gambler a safe means of gambling to avoid addiction and thus, creating problems for himself. When we discourage people from gambling for money have we created alternatives for them to make money. Telling them to look for a job is not enough because sometimes there are no jobs in place. Even when we see gambling adverts they only show the financial gains. These bookies only tell you that you can make money from it and that is the consideration of many gamblers.

It really depends on the person you are asking. Some see it as leisure or just entertainment; some see it as a new way of earning income; or some are just really addicted to it. One of my friends sees gambling as a side hustle; he is not that much of a gambler; he just bets a small amount of his money and or just bets sometimes when he needs money. Lucky for him, he is winning (sometimes, lol). But for me, it doesn't really matter if you are rich, poor, or middle class; if you want to gamble, then go; no one will judge you. If it makes you happy or gives you money, no problem. Everyone has the right to gamble. Just be a responsible gambler and do not ruin your life by getting addicted to it. It is much harder to recover all your losses if you let your emotions control you.

It is time for those who have had various bitter experiences to use them as a basis for learning from these mistakes so as not to make them again next time, they have wasted too much money and time in vain.
It is not pleasure or happiness that they can get but more likely disappointment and regret which causes them to lose control because of the desire to be able to get back what they have lost.
Nowadays there have been lot of problems caused by gambling and not all of them are new gamblers but also gamblers who have been familiar with gambling for long time but unfortunately they are not able to become responsible gamblers.
It just that I really understand what is happening to them because at this time money is very valuable and there is desire to be able to get or multiply money more quickly and take advantage of gambling to make it happen.
But that is mistake that must be corrected and they must start trying to fix everything by trying to limit what they spend on gambling, maybe for most gamblers this is difficult but it would be much better to start trying.

Economy is indeed one of the reasons to be able to make money by gambling, but in gambling there is actually no intention of being able to easily make money, casinos build this business to make money and we as gamblers are the customers who give money.
Obviously this is not the right attitude or decision if you really use gambling as place to make money, they have to work, they have to do business if they want to earn more money and be consistent.

I also surprised by those who dare to borrow money to gamble because they have to pay back the loan, whereas if they use it for gambling then obviously everything will be lost, in the end they have to work hard to get the money and pay off the loan.
Borrowing money will actually be much more useful for urgent life needs, not for gambling purposes.

I think this is a misconception and misperception that many people have about gambling. OP says that rich people don't gamble because they already earn a lot of money so there's no need to gamble anymore. This means that the OP said that this gambling is for the middle class and lower class because they still need money. Does OP think that someone can make money from gambling? I think this is a wrong concept of thinking.

You can't become rich and expect to make money from gambling, then make it one of your sources of income. You must remember that every gambling is a game, and every casino or bookie is a businessman looking for profit. So I think it's impossible for them to give money for free to everyone.

My personal opinion is that ideally gambling should only be for rich people and usually they gamble just for fun. If they win it will increase their pride. And if they lose they won't think about how they will survive the next day. You cannot make gambling a source of income and then spend all your money gambling because it is not certain that you will win the bet.

I have been playing for a long time and precisely because I wanted to make money from gambling. Looking back, I understand that this was not the smartest decision. Of course this may succeed, but it will be a very small percentage of the total number of players. I tried sports betting and poker. In poker, I even managed to move up the low limits. But after 1 year of active play, I realized that this is extremely difficult for me, because to have a decent income you need to devote all your time and engage in multi-tabling. This is very hard work, to be honest, I even look at those who succeeded as superhumans.

How can you gamble with an empty pocket? Before you misunderstood me, I asked this because in the hope of making money from gambling you will need to have money to put at risk first.

I know someone who wanted to pay some rent which was around $200 and he started using every money he could get to place bet on some football matches, by the end he risked it all he was unable to make the rent money from gambling and when he calculated how much he have used to place those bets it's almost a $100.

I laughed so hard on that day because if he could have paid half of that rent bill he would only need to look for the other half, but now he has no money to tell anything and also he owe those that he some part of the money from to place those bets.

If you don't have money that's yours, don't try to gamble, if you are in debt you could land up in more debt if you choose gambling as your source of paying back the debt.

I agreed with you that gambling had now changed from being played for fun rather a money making venture, this is very common among soccer gamblers, I knew people who rely solely on earnings from soccer gambling for their daily upkeeps they never play their bets for fun, of course soccer bettings has variety of options which they pick for their betting and had winning consistently though with few losses, however in the long run earned some decent money another instance is the growing numbers of telegram and websites for soccer predictions which gamblers rely on to pick their games thus they guys mean business with gambling and never for any fun if it but to make money.

That people think that gambling is for broke people, and we know truly that broke people gamble too, but if you truly want to know that gamble the more that will rich people, if anyone should do their research and see the amount of money rich people use to gamble, you will know exactly what I am talking about that rich people gamble more, and poor people gamble with a very poor mentality in times of selection and money used in placing the bet, but we feel that is always the poor people. and the poor gambling with needing money to do that is very true The problem with broke gamblers is that some of them do not even use their money wisely when they win, they always like to show off their win, and before you know it, the money is finished. Gambling because you don't have sufficient money is probably the worst thing you could do for yourself.  Gambling is a form of entertainment and like other forms of entertainment, it costs money.  So what people need to understand is that you go gambling to have fun, not to make money.  Sure, the possibility that you could get rich is there and motivates people to give it a shot, but if you aren't enjoying the act of gambling, you're giving your money away for nothing.  Always remember that gambling isn't a job, it's a form of entertainment.  You wouldn't go to the strip club hoping to make money either.

I know lots of people that would disagree with your opinion. Games are really played for fun but the prospect of winning some money brings people back to play every time. If it’s just for fun, people would lose interest quickly after playing a particular game for a while. For some, the wins are considered a bonus for playing. For others, the wins are primarily their target and the excitement and fun comes in second.

Gambling is not a job, not less a guaranteed one. And gamblers who take up the activity solely for “earning” money would find out soon enough.

In my opinion, changing their mindset only allows them to reduce their gambling activities, but that is good, because it can reduce the risk of loss. but if they want to stop gambling, I don't think so, especially if they are used to gambling, chances are they can only reduce it, not stop. That's true, sometimes there are friends who win at gambling and that can trigger us to want to gamble because we want to win, but that shouldn't be a benchmark for us to gamble excessively.

It's true what you said, they must have other income. The goal is that they don't have high hopes for gambling, because in my opinion, don't have high hopes for gambling, because it's just a game that has a small chance of making a profit.

Or even i should say that it isnt really necessary on someones life, although we do know that these things do exist for the benefit on having those leisure and entertainment. It is really just that it turns out to be a shit thing just because people do really treat up the other way around or something that do talks about wrong or mishandling themselves on such scenario on where they do believe that gambling could really make them winners or really be able to generate easy winnings until that reality would be fucking up themselves and ending up on a disaster on which this is something that most common scenario that they would be able to experience.
