Going for physical casino and limiting myself to be disciplined are two extremes, I could never connect one to another. Now a days I'm completely avoiding visiting physical casino as I am just comfortable with my online gambling.

Maybe he meant casinos that are on land, since there are also casinos in those big cabin cruiser that goes around the world, so maybe he is only referring casinos that don’t move and are on the continent, but that will not make a lot of sense.

Casinos would be available on both places and as you said most casinos are on cruise which can we found on sea mostly which means it is not land based but sea-based.lol but thinking off that there are lots of casinos too on land which we can able to identify them directly because of those awesome lights that we normally see.In my situation i dont even try to go since there are no available casinos on my place.

That should be the practice all the time whenever going to a casino. People go with the reason of fun and entertainment but turn into a gambler as soon as they win some money and that will make them bet whatever they have.
Occasionally I go to casinos and play dice, just got fun.

The atmosphere in the real casino was really priceless , also the proud feeling when you won so real.
Unfortunately outside europe offline casino prohibited to operate , you will hard to find one.

The boss didn't give him money to play. And they never play together in one table. But my friend has since move out and not working with his boss anymore and not going to casino as well. That's why I was quite surprise to read your comments above a boss giving his employee money to play. You are one lucky employee.

Sometimes some lucky people find a boss like that who care for all the activities of their workers and like to give to them what they want for themselves. I heard from one of my friend about a person who will very luck as his boss often go with him to land based casino and they both play at that casino.

I too got surprised on reading his post. In my life I never got chances to gamble for free of cost in physical casinos and my work related people are not that friendly to invite me to a casino. I personally think it will not be good to visit a casino with employer. Because I really do not want to mix up relations. An employer cannot be my friend to accompany me in a casino, even it will be happening, I plan to avoid such situations for a healthy work environments.

The message is clear and just need a little bit of common sense for that to understand.

Anyways, that kind of act is common here, as far as physical casinos based here are concerned, as part of compensation for the one who accompanied the gambler at the table. There are also different reasons behind that tip like it's a luck, rewards, or just a person really knows how to play that gambling but without funds to gamble.

I don’t go to Casino’s in real life because the odds of relaxing in that atmosphere is really low. I just like to sit at home and gamble some Bitcoin’s online just for fun. If I wanted to make more money then I would try to gamble with a bigger bank within the Casino’s –it would look pretty sketchy though there is not much Bitcoin’s online when paired against regular cash.
Maybe one day Bitcoin gambling would be as famous as gambling with cash.

So that tip is just like "payment" for his services and if loses he gets nothing since his boss did lose more and there would really be no reason to spend more money. Anyway that is just my theory on this. It would be nice if he would clarify this point.

Interesting of course the case is pretty funny, I guess everyone would like to play casino for someone else's money. Perhaps the fact is that the guy played well at the casino without simply investing his finances in this way receive interest.

I still love going to a land based casino. I love playing the slots a lot now so the best thing to do for me is to go there. There are a lot of online sites that offer slots, but I don't know, I felt like its not provably fair. Plus in a land base casino, you got a lot of freebies like beer or food or you can just watch entertainment like live shows if you feel bored playing the slots.
