it simply 2^9 . Could be good for 2 or 3 consecutive bet, but i think no more.
Isn't it 0.5^11? Because 2^9 is equal to 512 which has nothing to do with this.
0.5^11 = 0.00048828125 meaning there is a 0.00048828125% chance of winning 11 times in a row on one number, better chance doing choices randomly.
