Now there are three questions in America. 1. The sluggish economy 2. High inflation 3. The outbreak of the epidemic.
Dow plunges nearly 900 points on July 19 2021.Bitcoin drops back below $30,000 yesterday.
All are disappointing signs. Many investors plan to sell Bitcoin. Most people lose patienceIn for cryptocurrency.
But In long-term trading, in addition to knowledge, patience is more important than any other factor. How do u think of it?
Some people will surely panicking when bitcoin price drops those people are the one's thats new to cryptocurrencies, but for those who believes its only normal for a crypto to go down in value they have no intentions in selling their assets. In the world of digital assets patience is the mlst important thing that investors and hodlers must have and a positive mind towards investments.

Of course, patience is the main thing in carrying out long-term investments. We cannot jump into a future where Btc prices have soared. Many people regret today because they have known bitcoin for a long time but didn't buy it at that time.

Those latter signs are not real. Only those few that are in panic got to say that they are planning to sell bitcoin. It's not everyone that desires to sell bitcoin because they're not satisfied with the price that it currently have. What we have to wait is the recovery of it because it's for sure. And no matter how low it can go, there will still be buyers that are awaiting for it to dip. I think that if you are a certified long term holder, you just don't think negatively so even the market isn't so good in your eyes, you won't be forced to sell.

since i am not good in trading i do a long term hold strategy with all my altcoins hoping to be able to earn something in the end, so let's say that my patience is at 90% but i am training to bring it to at least 99%

Pandemic with delta virus getting stronger things looks more worst now to an extent if cannot be controlled. This means there would be more falls in future and that may be some time to buy the stocks and crypto again at lower value. I am expecting some fall to happen in coming month unless things gets better with virus.

Patient is really important in holding and the sole feature of a good investor, the ability to wait and observe the nature of things before acting. Bitcoin movement had showed me how to be patient if truely one want to make long lasting money in cryptocurrency without having to regret. Just imagine after selling your coin, the market took off and went higher than your expectations. This could call for regret!

Not everyone can be patient when they see their money decline, this has happened to me often and makes me regret it, the first thing before getting into crypto investment is to have more finances so that when buying and the price drops, you can be patient.
I don't even understand you are suggesting to increase the investment value but you often regret the actions in the trading market, the first thing you have to equip the knowledge to practice patience to face the market, the second thing to buy when the market opportunities fall because your typical can not be patient.

This is applicable for all kind of investment. Not just investment, in every aspect of life. You need to be patient. There is no alternative. You invested, you have to wait. Only those who lose patience and sell are the ones losing money. To be honest, we can't blame them too. They have been hearing about "how people got rich overnight" investing in crypto currencies. They want that same thing to happen to them. Little do they know that they invested in shitcoins and just got lucky, while thousands of others lost everything.

It's just a plan, isn't it, I think everyone must have patience when investing, because with patience investing in the long term will get the maximum profit. only weak people panic when they see the value of btc drop significantly I'm sure after the storm there will be a rainbow

Panic is a human thing if you see a bloody market, let alone weeks or even years
in investing and trading requires patience and perseverance because the risks faced are very heavy, if beyond prediction,

whose name investment definitely needs patience, where usually the investment is for the long term not for the short term,
if short term it can be called trading, bitcoin's drop at 30k$ is a test for beginners who took positions on yesterday's hype BTC 60k$. if old players will definitely not panic selling their BTC
Investing and trading requires patience to maximize risk management, trading activity is not only in a short period but also day by day waiting for the moment when the coin/token increases according to the selling target. We have different market analysis knowledge with novice players and old players, tend to only old players have 80% patience level in any market conditions.

Panic is actually the nature of everyone. Everyone's ability to control panic is also different.
some are really patient waiting for the momentum to sell to come like the plan he made.
but some quickly sell out when they see pumps on the market.
patience and wisdom in determining the right momentum to sell or buy can only be trained with experience. The more I try to trade and invest in the market, I'm sure that ability will grow by itself.

don't think wrong. usually, the people on the forums also make short to medium-term investments. not just long-term.
I guess it's not just for crypto assets. because every investor always has a different plan and analysis of the assets they have.
Some assets in the market are also good for the short term and some are focused on the long term. such as assets with fast trading and movement in the market would certainly be better for short-term investment and don't follow the market hype.

Patience, knowledge/skill and little bit of luck are the things that you have to consider if you want to winning something not just on investment, but any other aspects in this world such as real life job etc.
Patience is great, but without knowledge and then what stuff are you waiting for? Just imagine you are waiting for shit projects just because you are patience that those projects would be "worth" it later.

All of the instruments matter and it should connect each other.

If you fall short of patience, expect it already that you will end up in regret if ever things went well for that stuffed you are planning to wait on for. It is quite a good question, are you patient enough to count from 1 to 100 because even though it is senseless, easy and just a small act, you can already see if a person has enough patience to endure hardships and boredom while waiting for their target. Those who you see successful nowadays are those people who went through a lot yet they were able to wait patiently because they know that in the end, it will all be worth it.

Patience is the key to success in any business, and even where it concerns cryptocurrency, even more so. Long-term investments require tremendous patience, which ultimately brings moral and financial satisfaction. In short-term trading, this is not the case.

When things are good nobody complain about things are going too smoothly and they can no longer take it, but immediately things are a bit rough around the edges, complains are what you see on a daily basis, nobody said life will be smooth as butter all through, pandemic only started 2019 but before that time many people live a healthy life and has the freedom to do whatever they want without fear or restrictions, even then many did not appreciate their good health and freedom, now things have change but that don't mean it will remain this way, better days will surely come around again if we are patience enough.
We don't appreciate what we have until we lose it.

You are right and this also reminds me of the weird rebound the markets did in the beginning of the pandemic you remember that?I think it was April or May 2020 when the pandemic fully hit us all, but out of a sudden the markets did one record after another even though it was unclear whether we would have vaccines or not. All those social actions are obviously irrational. There was no reasonable explanation for the markets to cover. I think humanity is too much infiltrated with greed and as soon as there are bumps in the road everyone freaks out.

From the case you mentioned happened in America, then I thought differently. It is precisely when the economy is sluggish, inflation occurs, and disease outbreaks spread, for me it can increase the price of Bitcoin again. My reasoning is that when the velocity of money has decreased, then another option is that people will trade in crypto. It could be a solution.

They sell their Bitcoin and lose patience with cryptocurrencies. So, where would they put their money? In bank? Where or what could be the best option  now to invest it? I know it's not gambling too.
I think this only has something to do with the climb of number of altcoins out there. The money is being diversified and it's not a bad thing in my opinion.
Everyone has their own choice where they want to put their money in or even risk it for a better expectation in the future or short-term.
But, I doubt that money is gone in the crypto industry. It's still there, we just can't point out where exactly.

I don't think it is that much diversified anymore. The newcomers might throw their money at unknown (scam) projects, yes, but as soon as these projects seem to fail most of that money goes back into the bigger cryptocurrencies. I haven't looked it up now, but the vast majority of capital in the crypto market belongs to the first 20 or so cryptocurrencies anyway.

I think if a person takes a long-term time perspective they shouldn't worry about the daily price, remove apps from their phone and live life.
That's right, if someone wants to hold for a long time then he doesn't need to care about the price of that coin on a daily basis.
He only needs to pay attention to the time at which he intends to sell or the price at which he wants to sell.
