I don't really see any difference between the two options. In my opinion, you are free to write as you see fit.
Yes, I don't think it has a rigid rule on this matter. We ourselves have learned about a way of writing identifiers or objects in a large letter. I'm not a teacher but really it wouldn't be that serious. Everyone is free to write but don't let it falsify the true meaning of bitcoin. Would be good.

I don’t care about grammar at all. The only place where I had to think about how to write correctly was school. That's how it should be done, for me Bitcoin and bitcoin is just a matter of position of the word and if you think about it, why not just directly use the word blockchain to describe blockchain? It won't be convoluted and at the same time is going to make people much more curious.

If you had read the OP and the other posts (at least some of them), you would understand that the point I am making is that the noun with a lowercase "b" is used when you talk about the currency and the quantity of that currency. I was thinking since the currency is a noun it should rather have the upper case this is my thoughts Here is an example:

I'm quite sure that with whatever style of saying Bitcoin is, it's automatic that we're only pointing out Bitcoin itself, but formalization is a must, in my opinion, in order to construct a better sentence, Bitcoin or BTC is the correct way when you're going to mention Bitcoin on your sentences, and btw, I am not trying to convince anyone, just saying that based on my own observation, it has been a norm around here in the community and amongst the topics and replies that I have read during my time here in the forum.

Im with this and i dont know on if its really needed to have this kind of comparison between Capital and a small letter when tending to write or tell about bitcoin/Bitcoin. Even if you write btc... Your explanation of difference in meaning have sense. I really didn’t pay attention on this at all till now and always used variant with capital "B" that is "Bitcoin" in meaning "the currency". If to look through article about BTC on Coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/) you will find out that they also use variant with a capital "B" in meaning "the currency" as a synonym to BTC, or better to say as a proper name of this cryptocurrency as well as all other crypto: Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoins, etc.

That's a nice thing. I was not aware of the matter. I actually use capital “B” all the time, sometimes I may accidently use the small "b". I will definitely take care of this from next time. Another thing is that we use BTC instead of Bitcoin, this is not correct. the short form of Bitcoin is XBT. You know, BitMEX, Kraken are still used “XBT“ in their exchanges.

In general you should capitalise the first letter of the organisation producing a product - for example a Hoover is a suction cleaner manufactured by the Hoover corporation. A hoover has become a generic word for any old suction cleaner. Currencies are not generally capitalised,
