So, my choice will be yellow cheese.

Cheese is good!! You can not get any better than almost any sandwich with cheese on it. Most of the food I eat has extra cheese on it. I like cheese on my soup and salad also!! The more cheese the better. Cheese in a can is also good with crackers.
