if I am to invest ICO I will see their team in their project, vision and mission in the future even though it is international and local ico, because all ico will bring benefit of investor, and ico will succeed if supported by a great team

I prefer international multicultural teams. Because, as a rule, such projects collect the best international ideas and they have more followers from different countries.

International, but it depends from which country is that project coming from.

Most projects who are in my country are a garbage, well, decentraland has been created in my country and they are on the top 120.

When you mix a team from different cultures and countries, you enrich the team with different perspectives. Sometimes, a member can bring a good point or an innovative idea that can increase the success of the mission.

Today, event national team are composed of people from different backgrounds and cultures.

The most interesting ICO projects are usually found on international sector and are potentially most meaningful. In our country are still only a handful ICO projects, but I think, the number will rise fast and I will also invest into local projects.

What would you think then of teams that work mostly on-line? Some of the world expert or the most promising people for the project can live in different countries and be the best, right?

I think blockchain technology is above the borders and boundaries, so the location does not really matter if the project and the team is solid.

if for me, to invest, prefer to international, because, earnings earned more promising if we gain profit, we all know if in mingle and invest with many country, at least we know more and more explore the state of another country, the other we can share insights about the investment that we do this

Most people prefer international teams because they can gather experience across the world.
Some people like local teams, because they can work together more easily and know each other better.
