Me personally i always wanted to open store that sells strange funny things like you find on http://www.firebox.com but with my original stuff. Also i would target the demography in my country and maybe few otherts (that uses my language). Basicly start would be humble and i like that Smiley
I reviewed those items, and they seem very normal to me.

Maybe I'm so strange to the point that I couldn't classify anything strange on that site.

I don't have a store but planning to have one in the future. Starting a store business is quite expensive.

A brick and motar store or an online store?
I think it is easier to own an online one for you don't have any overhanging costs.

I used to own a second hand store.  I would buy and sell things all day.  Then I got tired of the customers who were welfare bums coming in all the time with these nice expensive things and have no money to buy anything. Then I would get those who had no life who would come and sell me something and when they would see me out at a store or mall, they would come up to me like they were friends with me or something. I got sick or it so I quit.
Tell me more about the part where you use to buy items for resale.

For example, what did you buy?

If so, what do you sell? Also, do you like your job at all?

I just started this new business dedicated to buying all kinds of merchandise in bulk to help out any seller that is in need of immediate liquidation. If you don't know what liquidation services provide to merchants, check out this thread where I explain it, and will soon demonstrate it! I wanted to have a lively discussion on the matter, and reach out to other people who do this type of work! Sometimes, you just can't sell items because you either:

A. Don't have a large audience to sell to.
B. Don't know how to target the right demographic.
Or C. Simply just don't know how to make your items appeal to others. That's why friendly liquidators are available to you!

Also, sometimes you cannot afford to wait patiently for sales to be made, and you need money immediately.
