I choose faster payouts on your poll because I was comparing online casino versus land casino, so provably fair is not really an issue in a land casino since they have licenses and are regulated so everything should be safe there. Of course this would not be true for illegal land casinos, but I'm not talking about those. So between a regulated land casino and an online one, I would choose the online because of "faster payouts".

And yes I understand that I don't really need to wait for a payout in a land casino, but I need to go there to play, and in an online I can just login and play. That the type of "fast" I'm referring to.

If I was considering online casino, then provably fair and security would be more important to me, than the payouts.

yes. because slow payments will create new problems for gambling addicts. when the pending payment can be canceled, they will play the funds again until they spend the money there, and just realize that he got nothing from the gambling

Correct, unlike the actual casinos, online casinos is more better because it is not that hassle compare to the actual casinos which requires time and efforts on going to the exact place, while online casinos is so easy to access because internet and a device are the only ones we need to play gambling online, and it is way more smoother to play.
