News has an effect on the whole market. Any development on cryptocurrency can influence the who market aspect, this also includes FUD which most people buy whenever there are news than a whale had moved their crypto from a wallet to an exchange or vice versa. Cryptocurrency updates, news and articles has a huge impact on the whole market.
News has an extraordinary effect. Moreover, the news is published by websites that have influence in certain fields, surely the participants will make the news as a reference. With this convenience, we can get news instantly and ontime, even from distant places, so we have to be selective, many also try to hide the truth by spreading fake news, hoaxes, and the like.

Usually, news is about the fundamental changes of the project/coin. Technical analysis is done after carefully analyzing the fundamental basement, without the news there is no clear image of background fundamental image.

Yes i think news does effect but the amount of impact it creates depends on the significance of the news or the way the market assumes it. Sometimes a news which we think will make a huge impact fails even to create some volatility and sometimes a minor news makes great moves in the market so in the end it is a mix of many factors alongwith the news.

I think every financial market is effected by news and almost all the traditional markets are very sensitive to news that help speculators and  other market forces to make profitable moves, for example, for example i have seen stock exchanges index plunging on negative statement regarding economy and business by the country's finance or prime minister and in some case if the company head makes a confusing or assumedly negative statement the share peice of the company dumps which shows the amount of speculation in the market.

News are indeed vital in the crypto sphere, and it has little initiatives to change the mind of traders.
And a news can be categorized into 2, a fud news that causes panic, and a fomo news that forces anxiousness.

But if you can master your emotions as a trader, and make correct decisions most times, you will make a great trade out of all kinds of news in the crypto space.

Definitely, news can have a huge impact on the price and market sentiment but for changing the sentiment and breaking the trend the news should have a great impact on the crypto industry, on the whole, and not all news impacts the market. So it depends on the news and its importance

Yes I do, news have a very powerful effect on the crypto market in as much as it can bring a positive growth, in the same way, it can bring devastating dump. Even in the world out there, some news can make someone happy at the same time there are news that are heart breaking. So once again, yes news is one thing that can't be ignored and I remember vividly when India lifted the ban on crypto, and what followed suit. Also, every trader is always on the lookout for news to know the best way to trade because for every good or bad news, the effect is seen on the market.

News is an important part of this crypto industry. More news are bringing more users to this space.
It can bring more users and investors if that news will the truth.
I know we want to have a huge number of user and crypto investors but we have to tell them or warn them what it actually it happens to them and risk inside. The news must be cleared enough for them to understand the situation and not covering those negative ones in the order that it looks promising and really encouraging. Because we know that news is so influential and people around are also relying upon what they heard or what they saw.

Obviously this is like an added advantage to crypto and common people will atleast go through such news and they will come to know what is crypto all about and how it facilitate people, only then they will give priority to digital currency.

Especially in lockdowns because anything can happen in upcoming days like corona... It's always better to give importance to such stuff.

Depends on how big the news is and how well it is received and cared about in the crypto community.

Of course, news do play a part in bitcoin but do not forget that half of the time people do not even care about it and it is the people who buy and sell this that causes the price to fall, in stock markets a company could make a lot of profits which will result with price of its stock going up, if not it would be undervalued, same when they make a loss as well, in crypto the only thing that makes it go up or down is how people perceive the price.

This means news could affect it depending on people really caring about what the news says, I would say global level type of stuff like corona for example do of course impact it but when it is "some famous crypto guy said this" type of small news it doesn't really change anything.

News has a very strong influence on the cryptocurrency market and the price of cryptocurrencies, of course, now the news has a much lesser impact on the cryptocurrency sphere, but it all depends on the news itself and their importance, so the news still has a lot of power.

Crypto news is one of the major player of market manipulation. It's a tool used by whales, who are the owner of the news agencies that gives a biased news or even the real one after making significant market change. Sometimes they are also supported by the insiders of different project. The team leaks the news themselves to others and they make the market move accordingly before publishing it.
Is this only a presumption or do you have evidence to back your claims? I've never heard of whales owning news agencies. The "insiders" part is true though - if you're a whale, it means you have a ton of money so you do have contact with some key persons from the crypto world.

I don't think cryptocurrency news are manipulating the markets willingly. Have you ever seen a Trump speech? Next time you do so, pop up some USA charts on your phone/laptop and watch how the markets move based on every single word Trump says. That's trading: you make moves based on the information you get. Once a significant headline hits the news, markets go wild.

I believe that any news about the cryptocurrency industry has a significant effect on the crypto market, and it works on both sides whether it is good or bad news, it is already proven many times that cryptocurrency prices will fall after the event of any negative news will be published and cryptocurrency price will climb after the positive news about crypto will be published. in my opinion, the cryptocurrency, speculative nature is the main reason why most of the cryptocurrency prices will react to any news easily.

FUD and FOMO from rumors/news affects all markets but it is no longer a secret that cryptocurrency remains the most volatile and it gets easily moved by big players (a.k.a whales) followed by retail traders. The market being young and less regulated is probably another factor we should consider why it's so volatile.

Yes, but it still depends on the news

If the news is pertaining on the possible growth or such thing that will help to improve the market, it will change the market. But if the news is something that won't give any help or a news that is just pure non-sense it won't affect anything in the market.

News does make many changes as  people rely mostly on news to make their trade decision. This is similar to stock news. The first one to know something or the first one to act after reading a news makes the profit. That's why news related to stocks are highly regulated. But there's little on the crypto news. The so called large publishers are supporter of some coins or exchanges and are bias against some others. They often take the opportunity to enlarge a small issue to change the market sentiments.

The good news regarding the whole cryptocurrency market will undoubtedly have an effect on investor sentiment. If investor sentiment is positive, the willingness to invest will increase, especially if the good news concerns regulations passed by the government

Not really. For example coins like Creditcoin which was invested in by coinbase, y comb, 500 startups, and a bunch of other places still is maintaining its ICO price.
