Regret - is an absolutely useless thing that does not allow you to effectively manage your actions, if you spend time on useless regrets and worries about what could have happened if you managed to do something. The more time you spend on it - the less time you have left for real effective actions.
It is very worrying to even remember that I had coin that were worth more than 20Kusd and now they are worth below 200$. I have regretted a lot but it is only for experience reasons. This wouldn't happen to me again.
I have invested quite a bit in cryptos for the long term. I am not really worried about the present downturn. New peaks are still ahead.

I regret not selling some of the coins that i am holding onto when the price is at the peak opportunity however i am not totally egreting my decision i believe i will be getting more in the future the crypto cycle will repeat and a even more stronger high.

I have no doubts that we would reach much higher goals than during the last bullish trend. Just try to collect the most perspective altcoins right now and you will see that this is just the beginning for all crypto currencies.
Of course I regret it, I chose to wait at the best encrypted trading time and buy a lot of encryption in the bear market. These wrong trading strategies have made my losses very large.

if I don't regret, because the coin token coin sometimes goes up, I consider this because the product given from the token is good and growing. so I won't regret it.

I think most people if asked this question must be answering they are regret not selling bitcoin when at peak price but we can not go back at that time. What we can do now is hold it and never regret on thing we can not fix. I am still believe bitcoin will recover and reach new highest price
I sold majority of my coins last year on the hype so I do not regret that, only that I reinvested
back too early as I was not expected in my dreams that the bear market will take so long.

I did regret of not selling my btc worth 3k usd and I would have buy more tokens today. I was a newbie in crypto 11 months ago and I was thinking the price of btc would go higher than 18k usd. I let my greed take over my decision and now I learned from it and move forward. I did sell some of my btc to avoid further losses and I bought some tokens that have potential. or do you believe BTC will create a new ATH ?

No, i dont regret just because i didn't sell crypto on the last peak. This is crpytocurrency, the price is not the one we should regret because it is volatile.
About btc will creating new ATH, i think there is no one can know because if they knew, they could buying much for now in such low price.

The price of BTC was zero 10 years ago, and no one expected that the price of BTC would rise to today's price. So I believe that investing in BTC will bring me wealth. or do you believe BTC will create a new ATH ?
Those who did not sell at the peak, of course regret. Because they see that for the money they could now buy 3-20 times more coins. I don't regret,because I am bounty hunter and I sold major part of my funds on a pick point,but I lost several times as well.

Since I am a day trader, I did not have such a problem, because I buy and sell every day. Will you explain to me why you can blame yourself? A sense of lost profits? It should not be in trading.
Of course not, because I have no doubts that crypto would bounce back and would achieve new price records. We just need to believe in crypto currencies and be able to wait for longer period of time and we will get our rewards.
